Customer service it helpful and friendly, but response is a bit slow. Overall, levelone servers are experience and know what they are doing. I highly recommend using them.

I run a staging server for my client with LOS.

They have forced IP change on my dedicated server (this is an issue of itself, especially if you have self hosted SMTP).

It took time until my client needed the server again, when I attempted to use IPMI to finally change the IP, the IPMI didn't work, it took LOS 3 days to fix the IPMI issue from the moment I opened the ticket, despite them saying they'll fix it within a day.

After I finally got IPMI access I found out that the RAID battery is faulty and the server won't boot the OS. I opened a tickets about it right away, that was 4 days ago.

They sometimes keep me updated (last update is that they are going to replace the blade chasis), but these are still slow and don't come often, and the fact is that I'm currently without a functioning server for almost a week since opening the first ticket. If that was a production server I would be losing my mind.

Even if that was a new server order, waiting for a server to be setup for a week is not something that I think should be acceptable.

I have to say that the price for the hardware is good and competitive, but I would not be able to use that server for production or any critical use. Even for staging, waiting a week for a server to function is an issue.

Level One/Pure Voltage has been my go to colo provider since I've started into the hosting business. Their support and personalization for each person and situation is beyond anything I've seen with other companies who's services we use.

Another host got bought out by them the old management made it worst and harder to get the hardware the owner made sure no data is lost and gave me new servers instantly and also getting all the data to make sure its unimpacted on the same price and BETTER specs can you believe that? such a great founder/owner heavily recommended using this host! its great and I'm sure they will be the best!

They are a great team and Ian is the best to work with. They go out of their way with customer service.

I like this company, which I have just started using for myself and my business. They are very helpful and respectful. If you're looking for somewhere to get a server and not have to worry about all those other hosting providers that seem "off" or "sketchy," I fully endorse and recommend Level One Servers!

LevelOne is, without a doubt, the best colocation experience I've ever had. Ian has done an incredible job of answering all my questions, handling my upgrades, and even spending hours to troubleshoot my small issues. The entire team is friendly, but the best part has to be the pricing. Absolutely love this host.

I have been with this company for about 4yrs and was good until recently due to personal life changing. Recently had the most disrespectful time with them. Trying to handle things but it's about money and act like I am trying to use them however I am trying to work them regarding the issue but it was all about basically pay before we will do anything even tho I have been a good client who NEVER asked for credit.

I have used the server and wouldn't complain, merely inquired about things then left, but NOT ONCE I had been like others who complained about the issue or raised a ticket to get credit, also work to keep things going.

If you want a server that is going to be disrespectful and belittle you, then sure by all means go with them. I am glad I am going to be getting my other server away and then not deal with a company whose treating loyal good customers like they are nothing but piggy banks and unwilling to assist them.

Update: Company has reached out and worked with me regarding this and has gone above to resolve it with a personal call and a resolution that I am happy about. So I have adjusted my review score to reflect the resolution.

I've been working with hardware and servers for a long time, moving from company to company. Honestly, I've never had such a good experience, not just in terms of prices, which are extremely fair and competitive in the market, but in overall quality. The staff is extremely attentive, even though I'm a foreigner and not a native English speaker. My English is by no means perfect, but there have never been any incidents. It's honestly the best experience I've had in the last 5 years among several large providers. From OVH to AWS to Azure, of course, LevelOne doesn't compare itself in size, but it certainly does in quality. Thank you.

I have been using Level One Servers for over 6 months now. They are fast at responding for the most part. I just bought two more servers to go into my fleet because I feel they are the cheapest ones that I know of.

I have used there Dedicated Servers before. They work like advertise with not much down time. Now I bought a server from them and have it colocation hosted for a cheap price. I like the friendly staff.

These people are the best when it come to colo they have good prices and availability there support is also awesome and friendly I definitely recommend to anyone who wants cheap and reliable hosting or colo

Where do I start? Level One Servers is absolutely fantastic, their team is professional, they have a solid network, and they have fantastic pricing. I have been with them for a couple years now, and have had absolutely no issues.

As a bonus, they are Tor friendly and just require a ticket informing that you’re running an exit node so they can handle abuse complaints accordingly along with blocking of email ports, irc ports, and rdns setup to make it clear what the ip is used for.

We'll lets start, Level One Servers are fantastic. Great customer service and quick response, these people are fantastic and always willing to help and work with their clients and community.

Personally I've had nothing but awesome experience with LOS, I currently have 3 server's racked with them, and plan on getting more. Additionally, they hardly have downtime and if they do, they are quick on notifying all clients.

I've been using LOS since before a majority of services were migrated directly to the brand, before Path was even their main DDoS Solution, and before they were mainly in Dallas. Ever since the first day Ian and his team have been wonderful, on-top of my tickets, and even helped with a few problems that were truly out-of-scope.

With that being said though, LOS isn't perfect by any means, but Ian and his team make sure any issues get resolved within a timely manner. With any known issues they are alerted and truly on-top of the situation at hand, making sure everyone is made well aware of what caused it and what they are doing to rectify it.

Many thanks to both Ian and his team for all the support and services offered since then. Has been a wild ride to say the least.

This company is by far the best hosting provider I have had in years. They are super understanding patient and willing to work with you. They will even help you if you don't understand something in their responses are really really quick. No customer is Left behind from what I can see and what I've experienced.

There has been unexpected downtimes, The staff team are really good with letting us know ahead of time when systems will be under maintenance.

The support team is amazing, and deals with issues straight away.

Premium Datacenter! All I can say is that this Datacenter is a premium host/data center. Their support is awesome and their people are very helpful. I've been using LevelOne for quite a while now and I've had no issues. When I switched over to another provider, I had issues over there but I'm trying to move back over to L1 because I love it here.
