Don’t buy anything advertised on YouTube. Everything coming from china like this product is a scam! The item either doesn’t work or they send you something completely different then what was advertised or they don’t send you anything at all. Your credit card will not reemburse you because the money has left the country and no way to get it back. Customers only recourse is to contact YouTube and threaten to sue them for false advertising and unfair business practices. May not get your money back, but if YouTube gets enough complaints, they will take the site down. It will protect the next suckler from getting robbed!

This company is an absolute scam. They ought to be charged for fraudulent advertising and obtaining property by deception. What you receive for your payment bears no resemblance to the advertised product. YouTube should block them from advertising, they have a duty of care to protect customers.

I ordered two glasses and I only received one very poorly packaged when I tried them on everything was so blurry near and far absolutely rubbish tried emailing them a couple of times. No reply can’t find their phone number anywhere. I’m so disgusted so so fake. Don’t buy anything from them.

Hi There. Once again I've trusted Google advertising without checking promptly reviews and here I'm again lost $ 75.00. Cheap Chinese glasses. Complete rubbish. This seller is absolute joke. Please do not buy from them anything. Nothing is genuine quality from this store. Regards.

This company is extremely fraudulent. I never been to the website and I never heard about the company or products.

However, this scammer charged me $42.86. I disputed with my creditcard company. I did not even try to contact the scammer company because it will be of no use.

The company's website is closed. The owner of the company should go to jail for long time.

I ordered the Presbyopic glasses. These were not as described in their advertisement. I can buy these at any corner drugstore for $5.00. I worked for weeks trying to obtain a return authorization. I finally accepted a 60 percent credit just to be done with the headache. My advice is to avoid this company completely.

Glasses are rubbish, can't see near or far, Its a big scam, stay away from this seller. No customer service, they just keep sending you to different emails, then tell you they can't find your order, when you complain they ignore you.

Don't go near this company ! Don't buy anything from this company ! This is 'daylight robbery' ! I ordered a pair of glasses advertised "multi focal for both near and far". When I got them they were useless : blurred vision. These cowboys refused to give me a full refund .

I purchased two pairs of these magical clinical eye correcting glasses! Took ages to arrive and when they did? Absolute rubbish! A scam on highest degree!!!!
Seems the numerous emails I've sent and hundreds of other duped customers, are simply ignored and ghosted! I've requested return advice... ignored! Requested refund...ignored!
They are no better than the cheap over-the-counter ones you cam buy for £3!

I bought a pair of their so call no need to change for myopia, long sightness and near. What a load of crap they were. I immediately sent an email for a full refund and have communicated 11 emails. No refund received. Olga, the person who want to haggle and only pay 25% back. I have returned mail the glasses and been 2 weeks since my last email with no response. They advertise on YouTube with different companies selling it. It's all a fraud. They have a warehouse in NSW where they send out all their products. I want to avoid other customers from purchasing from this shonky business. I would give it a -5*starts if I could. They worst online purchase I ever bought.

I bought a pair of these glasses with the claim of correcting astigmatism and other vision issues. Not true at all, I cannot see anything through them. This is their claim:

I wanted to try it to see if your advertisement was true. Unfortunately, I tried it and it did not work. I would like a refund please. I’m not sure what you want me to tell you. Total nonsense it cost me 50$ Canadian. I have followed the instructions to get a refund which they say their response time is within 24rs(business hours). My request was made Feb 25/26 and I still haven’t heard back from them. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ALL A SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING. YOU TUBE AND WHATSAPP SHOULD REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR PLATFORM.

Total rip off the glasses sold are nothing like the ones you receive The video streaming on you tube is all glitzy and glamour and the glasses look great but when the arrive they are cheap plastic that you could get for a UK pound

I was scammed by Lewaiially company .They advertised on line for glasses, buy one pair and get another one for free.So i paid for the amount.I received one pair of glasses poorly packaged and had no wiping cloth.They send me only one pair instead of two.I could not find an email address to get in touch with them.

This is yet another scam product company. The glasses currently being advertised on social media do not exist. You will be sent something that does not support the claims seen online.
I also don’t see how a company with only 3 reviews of 1 star gets a 2.8 average. Something completely wrong with the algorithms here.
I just wish that social media companies acted responsibly in removing all the fake ads, but the reality is they support them by creating cash churn, so they both win and the customer loses…

The item took a while to come, it is not what they said it was, I cannot see clearly with top bit at all. The tiny spot for long distant is clear but only for distance. I can get both with a £1.29 pair from Savers. Trying to get a refund and send back but no phone for customer service. Will report to trading standards if I don't get my refund back. How do they allow such a product to advertise on mainstream platforms? It was not a good product to warrant £30.
