Absolute rubbish, don't work. Tried to contact and they offered 20% discount emailed again and offered 30% discount emailed again asking for a refund to be told I can't have a refund but I can have a free gift. REALLY DONT BOTHER

What a load of rubbish cheap Chinese plastic probably cost 10p to make and no good scam do not buy I'm going for refund through PayPal dispute these companies should be stopped ...

I purchased a pair of glasses advertised as new auto focus and Titanium but received two pair of plastic bifocal lense glasses. I am in dispute as they will not make a refund and offer pathetic excuses and rediculous gifts rather than make a full refund. I have started a dispute using BARCLAYCARD on which I paid for the glasses. They will not adhere to the Consumer Rights Act so my next course of action, if necessary will be my local Trading Standards Office.

Mankolmm repeatedly claim in their glossy promotional videos carefully targeted at people who are already struggling with deteriorating vision that their glasses are approved by the British Association for Vision Protection (BAVP). This is deeply misleading. There is no such organisation in the United Kingdom. It does not appear on the Charity Commission register, it is not a recognised professional body, and it has no standing in UK eye health regulation.
The fact that a company can invent an authoritative sounding body, present it as a legitimate regulator, and then use it to sell products to vulnerable consumers is astonishing. That they can do so without any apparent consequence is even more troubling. People with sight problems are often desperate for solutions, and exploiting that vulnerability with fabricated endorsements is not just unethical.
How companies are allowed to make these kinds of claims with impunity, while continuing to profit from misleading advertising, is a disgrace. It undermines consumer trust, preys on those already facing health challenges, and exposes a clear failure in enforcement by the bodies responsible for protecting the public from deceptive marketing.
If regulators are serious about safeguarding consumers, this is exactly the kind of practice that should trigger immediate investigation and sanctions.

I didn't even want to give them one star. Complete scam. Cheap s*** glasses that are not fit for purpose and nothing like what was advertised. Failed to respond to emails requested refund. Stay well away from this lot unless you just want to give money away.

Wasn't expecting s lot, to be honest. But thought they might be worth a try. Two pairs of cheap nasty glasses that neither my wife nor I can see out of! Plain glass lenses would have been more useful. A total utter blatant scam.

Uses AI, obvious scam telling more vulnerable people that these glasses can do anything for cheap when the current technology usually costs around 500 for something similar, the same glasses ads keep popping up, you will not recieve a refund 10x.
