I am trying to get a refund for a piece of junk sprinkler I bought. They have offeredme substitute merchandise. Here's what I've done in the past with crummy sellers in case someone else wants to try it. Send one email after another, incessantly, everday. (This is when I miss a fax machine. It was great being able to send one after another.) If you can get a number, keep calling it. If you can find a street address, write them daily. Do all you can to incovenience them. I tried the number they have on their site-it says it's disconnected. Avoid this company like it was ebola.
I looked them up using the DUNS in their site. I input the address and it comes up that they're out of business.
Google the address they claim is their return warehouse. It’s a small house.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF !! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN THE ITEMS, THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK AND I HAVE EMAILED THEM 5 X S WITH NO RESPONSE. BEWARE, YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. NO WAY TO DO ZERO STARS BUT THAT IS THE RATING THEY DESERVE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. CLOTHES ARE WAY TOO SMALL AND NO WAY TO RETURN FOR REFUND.

Well, I bought a biker jacket for Mother’s Day on about the 4th of May. It’s been more than a week without any package at my door. Every time I check it says that the “shipment information is received”. I also bought something for an extra 8.00 to ensure that the package would not be stolen or damaged. Besides it taking more than a week and I’m still waiting for the package to arrive, I emailed them to contact them but no one replied. I tried calling them, it says out of order. I’ve tried their chat box, but I am unable to click it for some strange reason. This whole thing seems like a scam: prove me otherwise. This is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. You need to give active updates on packages and have open and 24/7 availability for contact because this just isn’t working.

One star because zero is not an option. I ordered a men’s blazer from Lexians who advertised their US warehouse. I received the package weeks later from China but it was a women’s blazer. Contacted customer service with no answer. Emailed again and they offered 15% refund and I can keep the women’s blazer which does not fit a man… then they said I need to ship it back to china at my cost which is ridiculous. It looks like a credit card dispute is the only option. It looks like the result from these reviews. Maybe Visa will cut them off with enough charge backs. Anyway, avoid this company or plan to loose time and money.

They shipped an item that didnt match their website. Getting a return or refund is nearly impossible. I have been quite patient but now will have to resort to a chargeback against them with my credit card. The worst customer service i have ever seen

This is not a reputable business. The pictures and descriptions of the products are misleading. Returning an item and getting a refund is a nightmare. I ordered an air conditioner and a blade free fan. After they had billed my credit card and got the money, low and behold that air conditioner is no longer available. They offered me a substitute at 50% off with just a picture, no specifics. I declined and ask for a full refund. I received an email on April 1st, stating I was being issued a full refund but it might take up to 10 days to post. On April 11th, I received another email stating I was being issued a full refund but it might take 10 days to post. I emailed them in return and noted that I was concerned about ever getting my refund. I did receive the blade free fan that I purchased for $44, a discount from $75, it is a plastic fan I wouldn't give you $5 for. I have ask 3 different times, in emails, to get a return authorization in order to return this item, my request has just been ignored. So even though the web site says easy returns, that is misleading as well. After 15 emails from this company, I have finally received the credit for the air conditioner but no answer to my return request. Needless to say, I don't recommend ordering from this place. Giving them a one star is generous!

The tailored blazer fits better than some of my expensive ones. Structured but not stiff and the sleeves are actually the right length for once. I wore it to work and then straight to dinner and it still looked fresh. Really didn’t think it would impress me this much but here we are.

I almost sent back the ribbed knit top becaulooked too simple online but I’m glad I tried it on first. It’s soft, flattering and doesn’t cling weirdly around the waist. I’ve worn it with jeans and a midi skirt and it just works. Sometimes simple really is better.

The cropped puffer surprised me. Warm but not bulky and i can still move my arms normally. Been wearing it nonstop lately.

I didn’t expect to wear this hoodie so often. It’s soft, fits well and still looks the same after washing. Easy to throw on without thinking.

The leather jacket fits better than expected. Smooth finish and not overly shiny. Feels like something I’ll keep for years.

This hoodie I bought looks simple in a good way. Soft, not itchy and keeps its shape. Works for work and casual wear.

I bought the ribbed pullover as a filler item in my order. Turns out it’s become one of my favorites. It doesn’t pill, doesn’t lose shape and stays soft. I’ve worn it several times already without getting tired of it. It’s one of those pieces that quietly earns its place. Definitely wasn’t expecting that.

When I ordered the ribbed knit pullover, I honestly thought it would just be a basic layer. After wearing it for a full day, I realized how comfortable it actually is. It’s soft but still holds its shape, even after sitting and moving around all day. I didn’t have to keep adjusting it, which I appreciate more than I realized. It’s quietly become one of my most worn pieces. Didn’t expect that at all.

It’s soft without looking sloppy and still looks good at the end of the day. I’ve paired it with jeans, skirts and even layered it and it just works. It doesn’t stretch out or lose its shape. I’m glad I gave it a chance.

I didn’t think I’d care this much about a cotton set. The fabric feels nicer than expected, light but not see through at all. It’s comfortable enough to wear at home but still looks presentable outside. I’ve worn it multiple days in a row without feeling sloppy. After washing, it still looks the same. That’s a big win for me.

The biker jacket looks really sleek but it’s a little stiff when new. I’m hoping it softens more with wear. Still love the design though, and the delivery was super quick.

The faux leather biker jacket wasn’t for me. The sleeves felt tight and the zippers were stiff, so it just didn’t feel comfortable. Ended up sending it back.

Tried the faux leather biker jacket and it just didn’t work for me. Tight arms, stiff feel, and the pockets were tiny. Ended up returning it. At least the refund was easy.
