I love a lot of your clothing offered & the Sales

Only received part of my order. No updates or tracking on missing piece. 3 items received were not the quality I expected as appeared in the photos on the website, especially not for the price.

I placed an order on Saturday February 17th. On Sunday the 18th. The offered 30%off site wide for Presidents Day. They were offering the 30%off Sunday and Monday. I emailed Sunday and asked if I could have the offer. No response. I emailed on Monday and Tuesday. No response. When you send them an email. It creates a ticket. And the email states that you will hear back from them in 24 hours. And they monitor emails. I have heard absolutely nothing. I don’t think I asked a hard question. Their customer service is the worst.

This site is a scam! Do not buy from this company! Most likely the positive reviews are false. Half my items never arrived and the quality of items is very cheap and smelly. The clothing smells like iron or blood out of the bag. I contacted customer service via email and they never responded. I texted the customer service and was told they would get back to me and I have not received a response. Additionally, when I first ordered from the website the return policy stated free returns within 30 days and then when I went to return the items I actually did receive the return policy had changed to no refunds only store credit. This site is a scam, all items ship from China and are very very poor quality.

I have not received my order other than one item. I also emailed about it and did not receive a response. I am going to request a refund because I still have not received my order. Additionally, not offering a customer service number is extremely shady.

So grateful for the amount of help they have gone through to make sure my needs have been met. I cannot say they haven’t done everything possible to make my order happen for me. Thank you so much

I was a fool to think Liam & Co would be reputable. I swear this is the last time I am sucked in by cute photos and then receive low quality junk. I actually diid read some reviews and read thru their return policy but I didn't read it well enough. I can return the cheap shirts i received but only for store credit. What am I going to do with credit? Buy more cheap stuff?

You sent it to the wrong address that your website auto filled and then refused to take responsibility for it.

Order has been stuck in Utah now for almost 2 weeks. Not going to give a good review if I can even get my order

I feel like everything about them is deceptive. The shipping time took at least twice as long as was stated. The return policy is horrendous. The pictures of the pants that I ordered clearly showed pockets, but there are zero functional pockets.

Shipping took a very long time and the description of in stock items were incorrect, so one item was refunded and one item was in a wrong color

Wish I had googled whether this was a legit site or not BEFORE purchasing. It seemed like a normal clothing site with honedt reviews so I ordered. Then I never got a shipping email and became suspicious and googled the company and saw the many negative reviews about it being another scamming chinese company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE. You won't get your stuff or if you do it'll be nothing like what you were hoping for. Be smart Americans.

Received one pair of chinos that was shipped from within the United States. Ordered a cardigan, and that was shipped from China with a untrackable number. Never did receive the item.

Items order late December 2022 and did not receive items until early February 2023. Clothing had a horrible smell. When contacting them about returning the items due to the smell, I requested a refund instead of in-store credit to which they agreed. When items were returned and received by them, they said no refund to be given since clothing had not such smell and denied my refund after explaining to them I would not be using their in store credit.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my money back? Reached iut to my credit card company and merchant said it was my responsibility and wouldn’t give me my money back.

All items purchased were way to big. No refunds are given an only store credit which is useless as clothing is way too big for my size. Having a store credit is useless to me when the clothes don't fit. I would need a size xs which is not offered by your company. Dissatisfied with return policy.

The clothing & customer service. They care about their customer (s), The quality of their service to their customer & clothes is phenomenal. Each & every time. I had a concern . They fixed it without a problem. I recommend them to the world, I have purchased about 10 article of clothing over the 3-4 years. I love the quality, softness and the way it looks on me.

The order was shipped within 3 days. I had to exchange for a different color & it was so easy!

I will not order from this company again! I still don't have a response to my "help" email that I sent them! I'm still waiting for my last order because it shipped from China instead of the US like their email states and tracking is through YunExpress. This is what my order confirmation email states at the bottom for what happens next....."2.
