Liam & Co. Avis 94

Placed an order on 4/7 for 2 dresses and still on 5/6 have not received either of them…say they’re in Utah and they sent me a “supposed” tracking and it was coming from China. Both the dresses I ordered continue to have pushed back pre ship dates. Would NEVER order from this “UTAH” based company again!!!!

Everything is junk and the the no refund policy is bad. Why would I want anything else from you.

Never received package. Shipping started in China instead of in the store.

Very worried about me recent order from this company. When I looked to see where they were located, it said Utah. Come to find out my tracking was coming from China. Disappointed to say the least as we, in the US, know most sizes and quality aren't accurate when they come from China...typically way too small. Shouldn't claim they are from Utah....

Their website claims shipping takes 3-5 days, It took 16 days for my items to arrive! More importantly, their website says their items ship from their warehouse in Utah but that is a lie. My items shipped from CHINA!!! I would’ve never ordered from this boutique had I known it was coming from China. You are better off ordering from SHEIN if you want those type of clothes and they will be 1/4 the price of Liam and Co. What’s worse is they still charge boutique prices for their low quality Chinese clothes. If that wasn’t bad enough, their customer service is horrible and you can’t talk to an actual person and nothing has been helpful. ALSO, the clothes look and fit terribly!!! Sizing is way off on both things I ordered. One way to big, the other way too small and I order the same size for both. 0/10 will never order from Liam and co again and suggest you do the same

Ordered clothes from here over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order

Ordering was easy. Shipping fee was not outrageous. I love the dress. Fits true to size. I will order from this company again.

I came across this site looking for chino pants. The apparel are fun and cute for all audiences. The website is pretty accurate with the description and sizing chart of the clothes. The shipping was quick as well. I would order from them again.

I ordered 4 shirt. One of the shirts came in small I ordered a large. I sent a message to customer service, still haven’t heard anything. I am also waiting on another shirt to arrive.

I ordered an outfit and it fit perfect!
The outfit was very comfy and looked great for an outing.

I bought 3 pair of chino pants; the material is very soft making the pants very comfortable to wear. Great for the office and for something other than jeans.

Only half of my order was shipped. It was impossible to get a hold of costumer service. Rest of the order after bugging them daily came a month later. Products were not worth the hassle.

Worst return policy I have dealt with. It's hard to purchase clothes from a new company and know what sizes are right for you. Bought two pair of pants that needed to be returned because they were too big. The process was not easy. It took forever. THEY DO NOT REFUND! IN STORE CREDIT ONLY! I DON'T WANT ANYMORE OF THESE CLOTHES!
Even when I used the in store credit, I ended up paying an additional $11.00 for shipping and handling. Even though the total of my purchase was below the credit I should have received.
BACK TO AMAZON AND SHEIN I GO!
