Núna hef ég í 2 skipti sótt þjónustu til Liberis og í bæði skiptin átt í samskiptum við hann Ingimar. Þau samskipti voru mjög góð og fagmannleg. Þannig að ég er mjög sáttur við þá þjónustu sem ég fékk.

Quick and easy to deal with

I'm happy with the all over service

There process is always very easy and swift. We are very happy to be working with them.

I have worked with Liberis now 3 times and it's beyond easy have dealt with Daniel Shaffer almost each time always quick you can even refinance at 50% paid off and have the money within just a few days. Also they are always very responsive to emails

Very helpful prompt service no messing about just made a phone call all sorted in 24 hrs .
It’s very frustrating and the hassle with high street banks only value if business is going well but not there to help if the business is struggling temporarily.

Fantastic service

We took out a 60+k loan from these people. The terms were that they take 30% of our incoming sales. That's all fine but we sell more expensive items and it's typical for us to have just a few sales a month. Every single month for the entire length of the loan these people sent emails titled "US Collections" (talk about anxiety inducing for no reason) Asking why we didn't have more sales and actually had the audacity to ask for our banks statements even though we consistently paid more back to their loan every month than any bank would ever ask for in standard payments. The worst part is that any response to their emails was not acknowledged for months. They would actually send more collections emails with vague threats before they responded to me. After multiple complaints they kept sending these emails so eventually we just blocked them and put them in the spam folder. We have less than 5k out of the 60k + we borrowed and I will be so happy to be done with the constant harassment and be rid of these A-holes. We would absolutely be suing for harassment if we lived in Europe, unfortunately we're in the US and Liberis apparently will harass you as much as they're legally allowed to. Ladies and Gentlemen the world's most annoying financial institution Liberis...
