The 84th location in the last almost a year never keeps supplies for night deposit. I don't understand because the location never have that problem. Definitely has to be management issue.

We were originally chartered as the Burlington Employees Cooperative Credit Association in 1935 and served the employees of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad. Over the years, our field of membership has grown to include family members, retirees, select groups of occupation and association, those living or working in Lancaster or Seward County, Nebraska and those related to a member or someone within our field of membership. As our membership has grown, we have continually expanded our range of financial products and services to provide our members with the services they desire.

What went wrong with this was I was… unable to get cash back while depositing phones into my account
What went wrong with this was I was trying to deposit a check and to my account I needed to get a portion of it back. Was denied because apparently it’s a new account and my check would have to be held for seven days before the funds were available. This does not work for me, I live on a limited income and have bills to pay. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I opened my account. I still have not received a debit card which is why I was requesting cash back from the phones I was depositing I also use Venmo quite often, yet , I discovered after opening the account that liberty first does not allow you to use Venmo. A lot of people use Venmo these days. It would really make it helpful to folks if they were still able to use this app. I get money and I send money through Venmo a lot .

I called to inquire about a car loan and Mellie walked me through the process. I went to the branch to sign paperwork that was waiting for me when I walked in the door. Mellie called a few days later to follow up to see where I was in the purchasing process. She has been kind and helpful and answered all of my questions, even when I asked them two or three times.
