I always buy my books from Libristo and…
I always buy my books from Libristo and I am quite satisfied with the service. Although the waiting time is a bit longer, I appreciate that you can see the status of each book and usually, after all books arrive, within 48 hours I see that the books are sent to me.
I am surprised to see here so many 1 star reviews because my experience has been very positive. Even in cases where I would decide to not wait on a certain book to arrive, I would contact the customer support and they would issue a return of funds immediately for that book, proceeding with the order. I also had cases where I ordered both available and pre-order books within the same order and over the Libristo email, I contacted the support. They separated my order and I only had do pay shipping for the pre-order books once they arrive.
I can say that, if you are looking for a reliable book seller, Libristo is a great option as books are sometimes 15-30% cheaper than at the local stores. However, the delivery takes a bit of time

Przede wszystkim bardzo dziękuję za zrealizowanie i dostarczenie zamówienia. Zamówiłam trzy ok 250 stronicowe książki w rozmiarze A4. Książki przyszły nowiutkie ale bez żadnej folii zabezpieczającej i w rozpadającym się kartoniku oklejonym taśmą klejącą. Rogi książek są pozaginane o wyglądają już na zniszczone. Uwazam że przy niewielkim zaangażowaniu można było zapakować książki w pudełko po butach i zabezpieczyć środek gazetami lub folią bombelkowa co sprawiłoby że książki dotarły by w stanie idealnym. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona z książek bo długo na nie czekałam ale warunki ich transportowania są widoczne od pierwszej strony. Mimo wszystko dziękuję. Czy polecam? Nie wiem. Przekonajcie się sami. Pozdrawiam serdecznie
