I ordered the MAC version by mistake, however, once I had pointed this out and responded to the company they provided the Windows licence promptly. There response times are excellent. I would definitely purchase the MAC version when I need to renew.
Piece of advice. Follow the procedure to the letter. Delete the MS installation completely including One Note (WIndows - Not sure about MAC) as it doesn't seem to uninstall this App. Installed perfectly after that.

Purchased the software on 5th April, download didn't go to plan (my fault). Contacted support and they have resolved all issues within 24 hours of contacting them. Excellent Customer Service and Support.

Having problems with some software. Arranged some technical support. Received a phone call as arranged from Harry who was extremely helpful. He managed to resolve my issues and got everything working as it should. Was very happy with the level of support and the final outcome.

MY APPOITMENT WAS FOR SIX O'CLOCK AND THE CHAP WAS DEAD ON TIME AND SORTED MY PROGRAME SO QUICKLY I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. HE CHECKED EVERYTHING FOR ME TWICE AND WAS VERY HELPFULL, PLEASANT AND POLITE.

Telephone / Team Viewer support was great. Had an issue with my licence after a windows update. Booked remote access support via team viewer and the technical guy sorted it for me.

Fantastic team, i had an issues with my Revit software where it keep crashing or the licence had some issue. I called them booked an appoints we tried to fix the problem and we tried several times and eventually we got there at the end and everything is working fine. I will recommend them to any one if you have problems installing or any other problems they will be able to fix it for you.

during a phone call with licence place they installed everything necessary to have autocad at heavily discounted price they made this incredibly complicated process vwey simple for me.

Really helpful team. I had a problem with my software several weeks after purchase so got in touch. We arranged a TeamViewer meeting and a call and they fixed it just like that! No fuss, no problem and no charge!

After 6 months of installing the software I experienced an issue following a major windows update.
After contacting the customer support number their tech support team reached out and did all the more complicated stuff from their end as I just sat their and watched after which everything was fine. So I highly recommend them.

I am not computer savvy at all and had problems installing Autocad, contacted Licenceplace and Harry remote accessed my laptop and installed the program for me.
Totally recommend this service.

I was having trouble installing the Autocad programme I had bought. Contacted Licenseplace through their live chat and received lots of help but still struggled so they organised a free remote session and sorted it for me. Harry was very helpful - thank you.

I ordered Adobe Lightroom for macios at the beginning of January 2026, 3 months later it still has not been delivered. Initially the customer service was very good and responsive, however over time it has been hard work to get a response. The standard answer is that we are working on a version for the latest OS and it will be released next Tuesday. The last email this week advised "Due to a recent Windows Update we are overflown with messages that some of our software needs extra work to keep running. Because of this we are unable to give a timeframe for Lightroom, as it had to be put on hold to fix the current situation."

My advice is that you avoid this company as it seems a bit of a scam.
