Licenseplace Avis 

I am afraid this is to good to be true. Purchased Autodesk Revit 2026 via Wowcher and regret every minute wasted trying to install this piece of virus infected software. They say switch off your anti-virus but if you check there is a Trojan, WinWin32/Kepavll!rfn, which according to MS is dangerous and can execute commands from an attacker. Probably where all the positive reviews are coming from. How would anybody allow a remote connection from a company who's website was established only recently. Shame on Wowcher for allowing this company to trade on their backing. Shall not be using them again.

I had an issue caused by a Microsoft update with AutoCAD. I had been provided with some step by step instructions but I couldn't fix the issue myself. Arranging an appointment was easy via email. Harry called, fixed the issue in no time! Super service. Would highly recommend.

fab deal, otherwise i couldnt afford the application (Autocad). My anti virus was interferring so support called me and sorted it out. The call/appointment was delayed due to downtime and i almost gave up, so i emailed them and then they called and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.

A quick and great response from the excellent team at licenseplace, Having purchased and downloaded my product I encountered a minor problem in installing the software, this was my mistake, a quick email to the Licenseplace team and within a very short period of time, a couple of hours they responded to my email with very clear instructions as to how i fix the error I made in installing the software. They also gave me the option of booking an appointment and they would install the software for me. This I did not need as the instructions sent were very clear, the software is now installed and working, thank you Licenseplace team.
Without any hesitation I fully recommend Licenseplace. Excellent customer service and support.

Fantastic!!! This company sorted my problem out very quickly and professionally, and I would recommend them any time.

I ordered the MAC version by mistake, however, once I had pointed this out and responded to the company they provided the Windows licence promptly. There response times are excellent. I would definitely purchase the MAC version when I need to renew.
Piece of advice. Follow the procedure to the letter. Delete the MS installation completely including One Note (WIndows - Not sure about MAC) as it doesn't seem to uninstall this App. Installed perfectly after that.

Purchased the software on 5th April, download didn't go to plan (my fault). Contacted support and they have resolved all issues within 24 hours of contacting them. Excellent Customer Service and Support.

Having problems with some software. Arranged some technical support. Received a phone call as arranged from Harry who was extremely helpful. He managed to resolve my issues and got everything working as it should. Was very happy with the level of support and the final outcome.

LICENSEPLACE WAS VERY VERY FAST TO COME TO MY ASSISTANCE TO LOAD MY PROGRAMME FOR ME.
MY APPOITMENT WAS FOR SIX O'CLOCK AND THE CHAP WAS DEAD ON TIME AND SORTED MY PROGRAME SO QUICKLY I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. HE CHECKED EVERYTHING FOR ME TWICE AND WAS VERY HELPFULL, PLEASANT AND POLITE.
