On Feb 20th 2026 I wrote email to the following as III reminder.
1. nz.rmcrmps
2. crm.jaipur2
3. claims.jaipur2
No response from any of the offices.

Very very poor service. They are not opening emails of the customer.

I am Sr. Citizen and living in Delhi whereas my policies are from DO Jaipur2. Not able to visit Jaipur.

Totally useless Company.

We went to LIC BR NO 25 this morning and the service provided by Mrs Vijayalakshmi of claims department was excellent. She was extremely courteous and efficient.

I have purchased 3 policies 20 years back, then went abroad and settled.Paid premiums regularly, now when my policy mature after 20 years and trying to register my bank details no actions, when I went India three times filled up form with cancelled cheque to register my NEFT at Vadodara Gujarat branch they instruct me to drop form and cancelled cheque in box no acknowledgement, never got registered tried online no response,
I got locked by new website for resseting my oassword, when resetting password they sent otp after 20 minutes and never works, so I haven't got login anymore.Sent emails no response. Very corrupt system, no one cares, as an NRI now afraid to invest money in India anywhere. While living in foreign country see people hate Indians no wonder why, our morality and civic senses dead and we don't care for our image. Thanks for reading my spillage.

asking to reset password. ridiculously slow sending OPT. They say otp will expire in 15 minutes. but they fail to send OTP within 15 minutes. Who an idiot is an architect and designer of this website. close down the web site and go home. I need my all premiums back i've paid so far. is there a way to recoup all the premiums? because we can't trust this system at all. Being an NRI we rely on the systems that work. close down please and don't waste ppl's time.

its a nightmare dealing with licindia. the website is full of bugs and does not work at all. one would be better off staying away from lic india services.

Once you click a policy there is no way to go back the main page. So many scroll bars, frame inside frame inside... who the #$% designed this? they are in 19th century.. frustrated!!!!!!

WORST WEBSITE . Nothing works.
-Login blocks even give valid password
- Reset does ot work says invalid OTP or invalid chars
- After successfull login no clicks works
- Even if click works dows not load the policy details.

I had taken out a policy to help a relative and this policy matured this year in 2025. The LIC executive called my mother in law’s phone asking me to claim survival benefit . With me living in the UK it was almost impossible to expedite this claim, but a very sincere executive from LIC Dharwad branch (Karnataka) provided excellent services and helped expedite the claim within 24 hours. Amazing experience!! Kudos to the hardworking team at Dharwad !

Don’t understand why they created online website which is always asking to change password , late OTP receiving , finally showing user does not exists. Frustrated with lic website

If I were allowed to give ZERO Star I would opt for the website that they are provided. The web administrator disabled my current password I tried to create a new one, but the system never allowed me to create one instead keep showing the error messages that 'wrong OTP', and 'cannot use the first name' (I have never entered my first name). The OPT never arrived on time in the mail when I clicked the resend OTP. I don't know why they have created such a waste website for their customers.....

LIC is in a dire state. My LIC agent has committed forgery by forging my signature and unlawfully accessed my documents from the LIC database. Shockingly, LIC claims these actions are legal. Furthermore, my policy was transferred to a third party without my consent, again deemed acceptable by LIC. The grievance handling team, comprising Ms. Podar, Mr. Ramana, Mr. Sudhakaran, and Mr. Dutta, appears to be under immense pressure from the agent, as they have chosen not to take action against him. This situation amounts to intimidation tactics within the LIC branch.

The services of LIC branch officers are worst. I have LIC pension policy from my past employer and pension policy is with Delhi branch bo_g103. There are no LIC apps for providing such pension policy's existence certificate and when I visited Lucknow branch (engineering college) to just get the existence certificate signed the branch Manager Mr Prasad already suggested me to better go to Lucknow main branch and started educating me how to download the LIC app on the phone just to avoid to attest the signature verification form. I left the branch and thought to directly approach (bo_g103 at licindia dot com) because in 2021 they accepted the existence certificate without much trouble however this time Ms Veena Bisht (bo_g103 at licindia dot com) started creating trouble that I should get this signed from LIC branch. I informed that I am onsite and not in India currently but she did not listen. I escalated the matter to their department's highest authority Executive Director (P & GS)' and she tried to help to resolve the issue ASAP but Ms Veena Bisht (bo_g103 at licindia dot com) did not listen to their such a senior management even. At one end I see some very good employees like Ms Manju LIC Executive Director (P & GS) who try to help the customers and on the other hand I see some employees like Ms Veena Bisht (bo_g103 at licindia dot com) and Mr Prasad in LIC Engineering College Lucknow branch who has zero concerns with the customer's problems. I don't understand how such people are given such senior roles by LIC, who has zero understanding of customer first attitude. I believe LIC should take disciplinary action against such officers in order to evolve LIC for the its customers instead for the LIC officers? I do NOT recommend to take ever the LIC pension policy you shall get locked in this trap and you shall waste your money and more importantly your time in dealing with such negative attitude type officers.

LIC India is the worst website I have ever experienced.. For the last one week this website is not working to pay the premium

ZERO STAR SERVICE - if I could choose no star's I would but unfortunately TrustPilot only allows one star minimum!!
Avoid this organisation by all means necessary. They take your money very very fast but once you need their support they are ignorant, thieves who will never respond or allow you withdraw your investment. My father died suddenly & holds a policy with them. They have consistently ignored all my messages to close his account in order to transfer his money to my mother respectfully.
Agents are crooks and will not help you but earn commission fraudulently. I've been through all of the escalation matrix level & ombudsman...still useless ignorant thieves and crooks who lack compassion and shockingly unprofessional considering their position in the financial market. Next route is to take legal action and sue them!!!

Dear all, India's leading insurance company, LIC. Due to Corona I tried to pay online, trying from past 24 hours, I did not find a way to pay my lic premium and loan re-payments. Someone asked me to install their app. For my surprise, there is nothing, except to install another app to pay installments or loan payments. NO save option, no assistance, no guidance. Their website is wonder on this earth, trying, trying and still trying to login, it always says network error for login. Very bad experience.
