Package was damaged with a sticky…
Package was damaged with a sticky smelly substance on packaging as well as outside box was damaged and had holes in it. First time in almost 12 years we’ve had an issue. Need a replacement asap but can’t contact until Monday. Called but couldn’t leave a msg. Did send an email. Hoping this will be resolved as soon as possible.

So reliable and always timely shipments! My 19mo old ALD has the most beautiful coat which I attribute not just to great breeding but a big contributing factor is his diet! Your kibble is hands down the best!!
