Fish arrived alive but did not seem happy, the water they were in was dirty and seemed like such a small amount for the amount of fish. I have ordered from other companies where the fish arrive sooner and are packaged much better.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear your fish arrived alive, but we're sorry to learn they didn't make the best first impression when you opened the box.

Your order was delivered four days after it was placed, which is within our stated processing and delivery timeframe. It's also normal for fish to appear stressed after shipping, and the water in the bags can sometimes become discolored during transit due to waste accumulation and stress. While it may not look appealing, it is a common part of the shipping process and doesn't necessarily indicate a problem with the fish's health.

We do wish you had reached out to us when you first received your order. We're always happy to review photos, answer questions, and help assess the condition of newly arrived fish. Our goal is for every customer to be successful, and we're here to help whenever concerns arise.

They offer 2” discus for very good price but I received 1” and 1.5” , only 1 with 2”

Did I make a mistake ordering fish

I ordered 12 goldfish which was easy to do. They arrived safely packed well. I looked at the instructions and was horrified to see that they were for how to put the fish in a tank since I wanted them for my pond. So I did what I had done with other orders and got them into the pond. They are now doing well and seem very happy to be with my other fish. I have had them for a month.
