First, I was trying to get the life policy on my own and it was more challenging than I expected. LifeSearch team helped me with the process, kept me up to date, was available to answer any questions, and finally, secured the policy.

Communication, delivery, purchase absolutely spot on.

Insurance rejected due to ridiculous non-issue.

Excellent friendly made everything very easy

All in all a muddled and inconsistent service. Sold 2 x policies but 1 was not appropriate and never transacted. Offer of a free trust deed for the policy I did purchase was not as promised and essentially not fit for purpose.

I’m left no further forward than when I first undertook the search. I was promised a fee refund in lieu of premium increase due to original intention to align a cashback offer.

Was promised a call back to discuss additional life cover options for my wife, again that never happened.

For a regulated service not great.

Extremely reliable

Great experience sorting upgraded life insurance cover for me. Took time to understands needs, suggested different ways to do it and even explained how my old premium went up after an initial quote. Answered any further questions quickly and gave me time to consider options before going ahead.

Excellent service. Very informative if some areas I didn't understand. Would recommend using them.
