Dont be fooled with the tempting low prices.. this is ther reason why they hook you in... read other bad reviews, they all true. the others are fake reviews.

Lifestyle Home Appliance -FRAUDULENT SITE
Horrified to see so many people have been scammed. They said my appliance would be delivered on 15th May but was delivered to Kent. They apologised and said to compensate they would deliver following week and give me a SMEG toaster?! No answer on customer support and website looks very genuine but this is a scam. Luckily my credit AMEX are able to come to my rescue!

Delivery dates!
I feel that Lifestyle Home Appliance have failed in my delivery, because on Monday May 12th my MSI PC went to somewhere in Wales. The they said Monday 18th. On the 18th I get a text saying it will be delivered on May 25th. I'm not gonna be happy if my PC is gonna be put back again!

Failing ignition on patio heater I recently had an issue with the…
I recently had an issue with the ignition set up on my 15 year old patio heater supplied from Lifestyle Appliances
On contacting Lifestyle directly I had the pleasure of dealing with Phil Brookes who was not only very knowledgeable but extremely helpful
I was determined to get this appliance back up and running as it is fully stainless steel which is not the case with newer models
Phil sent me the relevant parts and my heater is now up and running like new
The level of customer service I received from Phil was exemplary and very unusual in today’s market
I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Excellent technical support - even after nine years since purchase.
We contacted their customer support for technical help after buying a patio heater nine years ago.
Phil was amazing with providing trouble shooting even after nine years since the purchase. Please read the reviews below carefully, as this is the genuine company who gone way beyond the standard levels of customer service.

SCAM - NO DELIVERY OR REFUND
I ordered a beer machines as a Christmas gift - I am based in Scotland. First delivery was to an address in England. Offered compensation and a new delivery, second delivery was also to an address in England. Increased offer of compensation now not replying to any emails or given me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Lifestyle Home Appliances have there website back up and running god knows how they have conned hundreds if not thousands over Christmas i really hope they do not ruin your business in doing so i got scammed and reported them.

I recently bought a cooker from lifestyle appliances and now after a second let down for delivery I believe it to be scammer. After reading all the reviews it’s clear they scam.
I’m annoyed with google and trustpilot for still allowing them to operate after 400+ scams.

Total scammer website !!!! Please listen and do NOT order anything from them as they will just take your money and you will never receive any orders . Exact same Template email is sent to everyone staying there was a miss delivery to a completely random address on opposite side of UK and how redelivery has been booked for 2 weeks later alongside a free crockpot as a gesture of good will. Second redelivery also never happens as they try to deliver to an another random address asks they just keep repeating same process. Pathetic!!!! Sad reality is that delivery was never even going to be made and contact numbers on site are fake so there is no way of speaking to anyone in regards to a refund. You then need to hope that your bank can recover money you have lost. Please do NOT fall for fake positive reviews on here as these are not genuine views and it is sad how they are desperate to trick people even further! It is utterly disgraceful just how some people can stoop so low!!!!

Please understand that this company is NOT lifestylehomeappliances.com who are complete con artists and dedicated scammers. This is a completely different company whose identity the scammers are hiding behind.
I have been in contact with this company and they responded directly, unlike the scammers who ignore emails, online chat, refund forms, and phone calls but post complete lies on Trustpilot.
I feel for this genuine company who are having their reputation trashed by a bunch of criminals.

We are Lifestyle Appliances Ltd, an outdoor distributor for businesses, we do not deal with the general public, therefore your 'item' is not ordered with us. You have 'Lifestyle home appliances' as your intended business, a company using our likeliness to disguise their cons. This is an ongoing issue for us, as you can see from our other reviews, but we can rest assure we are not your intended address.
