WE ARE NOT LIFESTYLE HOME APPLIANCES Avis 

I ordered a Sirocco Gas Patio Heater from a company stocking Lifestyle stock, for a christmas present. It was 3 weeks before we actually got around to putting it together and trying it and when we did it wouldnt light. I tried to call the seller but couldnt get in touch so I tried Lifestyle themselves. I was initially told I needed to speak to the technical dept and they would call me back. They did just that and talked me through a few possible causes but when it was obvious the issue was not obvious they just said they would send a new one out, after trying it in the wharehouse, and would then arrange to collect the faulty one when I was happy the new one worked as expected. This all happened within a couple of days and I am now the happy owner of a working table top heater, which is superb.
The main reason for placing this review is that even though it was around 4 weeks after I placed the order it was no problem at all for them to get me a replacement and collect the old one. Absolutely went out of their way to ensure I was fully satisfied which is rare in these times. Fantastic company to deal with and I will seek out their products in future. Faultless.

I recently spent what seemed like many hours trying to find a replacement cover for my large10+ year old patio heater. After ordering a cover which was too small I contacted Customer Services at Lifestyle Appliances who had manufactured the heater. It was the best thing that I could have done. As there were no product details on the heater I was asked to send a photo. Very quickly I received a telephone call with the code for the cover which was large enough to fit my heater. I ordered one online and my heater is now snug and dry for the winter. This excellent service was really appreciated.
