This service is a scam, they tricked me with the low price of a PlayStation 5 that I have been wanting for a long time, only to receive an email on the delivery day saying that my delivery was misdelivered to "14 North Grove Drive, Wetherby, West Yorkshire LS22 7QA" and for for my troubles I would be delivered another one in a week that will include a SMEG TSF02BLUK 4-Slice Toaster – Black valued at £50.39 or cashback. I tryed to get in touch with them and the contact numbers do not work I did not receive a reply to my emails. So this was obviously a staling method while they take my money. I am absolutely Gutted and cannot believe that such fake company's exist and are acsesable through Google.
Now they have emailed me asking me to not try and get my money back through the bank and they are trying to make out I am not legit customer, it's almost laughable.

SCAM website, delivery never arrives. DO NOT order from here
Ordered tumble dryer from here on the 3rd of Jan, delivery was expected 9th Jan by 12pm. Waited at home and it never arrived, I then started trying to contact them and can't get through via any method email- no reply, phone- both lines just cut out, chat- no response and timeouts. Stumbled across these reviews, wish I had seen them before.
I then got the missed delivery email the next day, saying they tried to deliver to an address in Yorkshire offering me a free toaster as an apology.
Already raised a claim with my Card provider, but have to wait 14 days so they will continue to make nearly a month of interest on my money, just like everyone else.
I will also try and report to trading standards and ombudsman service. I'm sure I'll get the money back, but it is so annoying to have to go through all of this, so much of my time wasted.

Ordered a washing machine. "Mis delivered" to somewhere in south of England, I live in middle of Scotland. Appears to be company on Companies House although last set of accounts are dormant and ones prior to the show a fairly poor business.
Now the website isn't working, cannot contact them on number provided. Oh and they will reply to this review using a different company's name depending on what they feel like: Livestylehomeappliances /livestylehomeappliances/Home Appliance warehouse.
It should be noted that I am NOT talking about Lifestyle Appliances Ltd which appears to be a separate company and is no doubt suffering from trust pilot reviews.
For other people caught out - look at chargeback on MSE website if paid by debit card

Buyers beware. Lifestyle Home appliances.com (the .com website) is a scam and you will not receive any goods. I am out by £950 and its with Barclaycard to get my money back. They give a delivery slot, then on the day they state its been delivered to wrong address (mine was in wakefield) and offer a goodwill Smeg 4 slice toaster as an apology. Who has ever had such an expensive “gift”. Other people have had exact same email, so its a template. Also phone number is recorded as a IP phone so not in Norfolk. Plus its listed on “who called me” web site as a known scammers number. Please do not believe the companies house listing is this scammer, they are not. Sorry to those affected, Why the government has not closed this site down is a mystery.
They are now claiming they are another company at the bottom of their automated reply. The “warehouse” website is NOT them but a different business in Birmingham. Please do not fall for them claiming to be part of that company…they are not, they are scammers with a fake web site.

Lifestyle Home Appliances Norwich - SCAM Company - DO NOT USE
Placed an order on 26th December for TV, with delivery following Friday. No delivery, contacted company and got email about mis delivery to a totally random location, and redelivery scheduled for following Friday. Scam company as Credit Card transaction has gone thru against a company in Spain not Norwich. Contact Phone number on site is listed as an Appliance SCAM. DO NOT USE .
Hopefully Claiming Refund via Credit Card.
Got an automated BOT response same as others after placing review on TrustPilot. This is a 100% SCAM company…. DO NOT USE. TrustPilot be aware you are being used to harvest further data by these criminals!
And now a 2nd automated BOT response, same as others have received, claiming TrustPilot is the issue. If this was a real company, it would have replied to my latest emails already.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Expecting a cooker to be delivered today, tried calling to confirm delivery was going ahead, dead line. Tried emailing, no response. I have since received the standard email stating that they tried to deliver my cooker to a different address! Contacted my bank but I have to wait 14 days before I can put in a claim in case the company do deliver my cooker? Not likely after reading these reviews.

As expected, I received the email saying misdelivered to an address in Wetherby some 80 miles away from where I live. To make up for the hassle we would also receive a Smeg toaster. You really want me to tell you where you can stick your toaster? Absolutely disgusting that you think it's ok to rip genuine hard working people off out of hundreds of pounds.
I dare you to call me a fake reviewer again like you did in my previous review. Luckily my bank is on the case to try and get back what these scammers have taken, and hopefully the law will track you down.

SCAM SCAM. Another mug been caught out
Another mug been caught out, do your homework, how are these companies (blag companies) allowed to keep ripping people off, is there no way to verify the legitimacy of company after so many complaints to block them to stop others from getting scammed. Thankfully I used my credit card so I'm covered.
I've replied to your email as you've contested my feedback, yet you haven't replied to my email I've sent. You haven't told me we're my delivery was today between 7am and 12pm
I haven't received my tumble dryer, I've had no apology for no delivery, your tracker says you've delivered it, before delivery date?
I'm now putting this on feedback to see if you reply through trust pilot. And after reading your feedback on here I'm not the first who's never received there items. Please contact me, refund me my £343.56
Or deliver my item and explain why no-one could have the courtesy to contact me as you have all my details to apologise for no delivery or to rearrange?

Exactly the same as everyone below, ordered a tv which wasn't delivered, told it was misdelivered to Kent, over 100 miles away. Reported it as fraud, waiting to see if the bank will issue a refund.
Update: do not click on any links they send you or bother trying to contact them because none of there contact details are real, it's the scammers trying to get more details out of you or to delay you contacting your bank for a refund.

"Lifestyle Home Appliances scam" check the group on fb
LHA are liars.
Replies from them on Trust Pilot are generic and automated so don't believe them. They also keep changing name of the business. I am a legitimate customer and like everyone on here I got scammed. Of they want people to contact them they should provide a phone number that actually works. They don't respond to emails or live chat and the number on the website is disconnected.

Don’t buy from this company its a scam…
Don’t buy from this company its a scam ordered a hetty cordless hover on the 4th January 2025 didn’t get a dispatch email then I emailed and they said my order was miss delivered and they are going to re deliver on the 17 th I don’t think I will receive this I’ve asked for a refund but I have also contacted my bank just won’t my money back
