Clueless company that take no responsibility for selling supplements that are unfit for human consumption
I recently bought a tub of Boluoke from them as it was a bit cheaper than my usual supplier.
It arrived but the tablets had a strange rancid smell, not at all how they usually smell.
I contacted them for either a replacement or refund. I have had neither-they just say that they have referred the complaint to the manufacturer.
Terrible customer services.
It is their responsibility to contact the manufacturer and process a return and refund . They obviously have no idea about consumer law. I will be taking this matter further.

The issue was that our courier's shipping label has a fixed character limit, which cut off part of the address — we've since confirmed your order arrived safely the next day. Ordered an item that showed "in stock"…
Ordered an item that showed "in stock" on Wednesday. No dispatch note so email Friday evening I email and they reply that it is out of stock and have refunded me.
Really not good enough, why am I chasing you up! I could have ordered from someone else on Wednesday and had the product by now. Time wasters.

Disgraceful service
Goods ordered 19th December, not arrived 5th January. 2 emails asking where the order is and no reply. Will now charge back fee and make claim against company. I will not use such an firm again. Suggest people are very cautious. They will regret this.

only 1 was sent out.
When i placed the order I expected 2 items to be delivered but one was on back order only. I wasn't told when I paid. So I had to have it cancelled and refunded. We should be able to know from the time we buy if the product is available or not because the waiting time to receive is too long.
