I use the Vitamin C 500g white pills. I made a mistake a took the 250g Vitamin C pills and I noticed these aren't white BUT greyish in color. Is this normal for the 250g pills?

Good product, careless order handling
I ordered 2 bottles of 180 tablets and quickly received 2 bottles of 90 - luckily I noticed and emailed them at once. I didn't receive a reply. I considered contacting PayPal to resolve the issue, but then, over a week later, I received the remainder of the order, with a scribbled apology on the packing slip. I know anyone can make mistakes, but I would have liked a reply to my email.
