I’ve been considering a red light therapy device for some time, but became overwhelmed with so many choices. When I discovered Alex Fergus, YouTube channel, I began an earnest exploration. I received my red light therapy panel yesterday and now I’m in for the deep dive on how to use it. Happily red light therapy insiders provide detailed, and exceptional information. I can’t believe how much information is available through Light Therapy Insiders for FREE! I have been using Red Light for over 15 years. Information was so hard to find back then. The little information I did find, for most people, would not have converted a skeptic! Now, thanks to the Insiders and their resources and explanations in plain English (mostly) Red Light Therapy is exploding! I have tried myself to explain to people what I am doing and why it works but my flimsy explanations failed. I am so happy now that I can refer my skeptic friends and family to Insiders website for them to learn first hand with legitimate references.
I love too that Alex has taken on the challenge of excruciatingly testing and reviewing practically every brand in the market for the ‘love’ of it and because, like me, thinks there is a better way without putting your body through hell to get to the ‘other side ‘ to better health.
I love all the work that the Insiders and Alex have put into educating the general public and my body and brain are forever grateful!

I have been subscribed for over a year and although I don’t have a panel, I like reading and watching all the interviews and learning more about light therapy. I currently use a pad for everything except my face. For it, I use a dome with several different light colors because red light is too strong for me and it triggers rosacea.

The videos are super interesting and informative!!! It helped me a lot!!!

I initially avoided this website when I began researching Red Light Therapy because I assumed that since they have partnerships with manufacturers that they would be biased - I was very wrong! I quickly learned that not only are they NOT biased but also rely on scientific studies and technical measuring tools to provide reliable information.

I’m a person with many questions and I really love their AI tool… it’s by far the best AI tool that I’ve ever used and it’s answered all of my many questions.

Overall I can’t recommend them enough if you are interested in RLT. It’s been invaluable website to help me educate myself and feel confident in selecting the right product for my needs.

Alex is very knowledgeable regarding redlight therapy. He presents many options for all budgets. I know he makes a commission when we purchase, using his code, but he definitely deserves to make something for all of the time he invests educating us. I am buying a redlight panel based on his comparisons.
