Alex’s YouTube videos, & RLTI articles were invaluable in helping me research & decide on a RLT panel. Alex responds to questions in the FB group & is happy to help & give advice when he can. Highly recommend looking at his website & YouTube channel if you are just starting out with RLT.

Alex Fergus and the Light Therapy Insiders is my go trusted resource on things red light therapy/photo-biomodulation. I have used the information provided on what to buy and how to use various devices to purchase devices for myself and family/friends.

I was looking for a resource to provide insight and understanding about red light therapy. I could not have imagined a place so thorough and caring as this one. Again, and again, the advice is solid, and the science is accurately presented.

I would give Alex & Bart and Light Therapy Insiders 10 stars if I could! His unbiased reviews and his and Bart’s deep dives into the science are invaluable. These devices can make a big difference to people’s health (I speak as someone who has benefited from it) but they are an investment. Alex is not tied to any particular brand but he shows who are the reputable ones. His comparison charts are a work of art. I also love the interviews he does with Doctors and the heads of companies. Fascinating. Light therapy insiders is a great space for ordinary people to share their experiences too. I highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've become more interested in red light therapy as I'm aging. An ounce of prevention and all that. This company and the associated YouTube channel has been invaluable in deciding between products. I love the deep dives, and the coupon codes always work. I forget his name, but the guy behind it all is approachable and breaks down complex topics for a layman like me. Quality niche platform.

Light Therapy Insiders is a fantastic resource for well-researched articles containing valuable insights, opinions and info about photobiomodulation that includes references to studies & sources. The testing of red light therapy devices performed by Alex and his team give their reviews credibility that is so helpful, especially to consumers who are trying to make thoughtful buying decisions. In the past several months that I've been following Light Therapy Insiders, I've been very impressed by Alex's integrity in giving us the pros and cons, and always giving alternative recommendations for those with differing needs and budgets.

Solid research. honest reviews. I trusted him enough to purchase a product he recommended and it has been great!

I consider Light Therapy Insiders to be the best online resource on the subject of light therapy and light therapy products.

I just want to say a huge thank you. The Red light therapy market is so confusing, and without your guidance I honestly would’ve been completely lost. You helped me understand the differences, choose the right product, and feel confident in my decision. I really appreciate what you do — your advice made all the difference. 🙏✨

I've been watching the videos from Alex Fergus for a few years. They were the best resource for learning about red light and choosing appropriate devices. The panel comparison spreadsheet has been so helpful and the community group on facebook is a really great place to ask questions/ get advice. The work Alex does reaching out and working with companies is very appreciated, especially when it comes to discounts for what are very expensive devices! Big thanks for your team's work.

Thanks Alex for all the good advice... and for the coupon code!

I have followed for quite a while and I find his research and commentary to be honest and straightforward. I used his knowledge and spreadsheets to make a decision on what products would work best for the needs I have. They have worked great. Even the pad I purchased for my dogs his.

I am new to red light therapy Alex and Bart are doing a fabulous job of educating consumers about all of the RLT products and all the health benefits they offer.

I value Alex and Bart's opinion and research and use the site regularly when looking into RLT. I know Alex has affiliate links but he's very upfront about it and I personally do not feel like that impacts his decisions. I feel they are a honest team doing the research a lot of us don't have the time for. Great site and resources!
