Emailed for support with a couple of sockets that wouldn't update. Support replied the next day and was able to understand the issue and advise the solution immediately. Very good service. Only critiq... Voir plus

Excellent response to a wee problem. Excellent products. The LightwaveRF smart plug, is the only one I know that does not obstruct USB charging sockets on UK wall sockets

Amazing service and knowledge from the technical team at Lightwave. Even though I’ve had a lightwave system for a while with no issues they troubleshooted my issue and it was fixed really easily.

Great response from their support team when I raised an issue that was preventing me access my lightwaverf account. They quickly identified the issue and sent it back to the tech team to fix it. I was back up and running within 2 hours. Good comms from the support team throughout.

A big thank you to Jack and Callum at Lightwave support. I installed two dimmers and attempted to configure two way switching. One dimmer was controlling the lights manually whilst the other was not doing anything despite both dimmers appearing on the app. Jack and Callum both called me back and walked me through the steps necessary to get things working and were also able to correct the app settings remotely.

Lightwave works really well.You do have to change your normal light bulbs, because when a bulb blows it can blow your switch as well. which is not good news

There is a guy called Dylan is so helpful and a real asset to the Lightwave company and brand .
There is so much you can do with Lightwave systems it’s transformed my entire house - only just learning how flexible everything is and will be adding more to my home

My daughter bought and is renovating a flat that has three older model Lightwave wall switches. We were not sure how they were supposed to work so checked with the company.
Got a surprisingly quick response together with all the information we needed from a man called Dylan (VERY helpful man!).
We even got a list of recommended electricians in the area ready for when the work goes ahead.
All this and no pressure to buy anything or use a particular service.

Excellent support received by Dylan to investigate an issue with the switch that was replaced under warranty and also what could have lead to the switch failing prematurely to ensure the issue is less likely to occur again. No product is without fault but it's how a company handles any issues that marks out Lightwave as a good company.

I have used a huge amount of lightwave technology around this house and my previous house for probably 10 years. Ive bought a large range of their products often using them in weird and wonderful ways and outside of the spec they give. Even when this is the case, if I ever have an issue (or accidentally damage a product) their support service is easy to use, personal and incredibly pro-active on making sure that your user experience is perfect. Highly recommended.

I contacted LightwaveRF for help fixing an issue with Alexa ‘finding’ old devices on my system. The agent, Dylan, made the necessary arrangements to resolve the issue and within 2 working days it was resolved. He was quick and knowledgeable and answered all my queries effectively.
