I ordered a sofa from their Bromley…
I ordered a sofa from their Bromley branch four months ago and still haven’t received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, they’ve ignored many emails and provided very few updates whatsoever. For a brand that presents itself as premium - they are expensive sofas - the customer service is utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, they’ve now shut down the entire store for July without any explanation. A dreadful experience from start to finish. I still haven’t got my sofa!
