I wanted to buy a product that would help me empower and boost my confidence. In Liliosa, they provide a variety of lingeries which I can select. Initially, I was unsure about what sizes to buy but with the amazing help of the salesperson and the customer service team, I can purchase their product with ease and confidence.

They took forever to get my delivery centimetre took over a month, even though it was two day shipping. Once I had got the stuff I did didn’t get the right stuff. I only got one of the two things that I ordered.

SCAM. Not plus size or big bust friendly at all. Claim that you can return on live but then refuse refund when you do! AVOID at all costs!

I have been back-and-forth for four months now regarding a refund they said that they was going to give me just to find out, They never actioned this months ago and have just actioned it last month when I asked for an update. The company and customer service is appalling!!.

They were selling the pink silk pyjamas which I really wanted and was very excited to get however they obviously did not have the medium in stock. They made me wait for a week without any update on the product then just tell me it’s going to be delayed a few weeks. I waited and waited and then they told me they could exchange for a different product or I could size up which I did not want either of, they said they would process my refund but then sent the set anyway which they sent a large that I pacifically asked not for as it would not fit and be useless to me but they cut off the size label so I won’t be able to know even though it’s blatantly obvious as it was very oversized which they have never took accountability. They told me I could get a refund on the gift card however I said I would never want to use this company again due to the way they have treated me and still have not refunded the £50 I am owed.

The company is pathetic and the items they sell are not worth the price they are selling it for, it is daylight robbery and I would advise not to use this company ever again. Save yourself the money.

Order had one wrong item and a missing item. The items that did arrive are awful quality and size guide is appalling. Exact shame underwear from shein temu, theyre just dropshipping it and marketing it as luxury, turning around a huge profit. Super unprofessional and awful items. Dont waste your time

The best sets available cute designs and that are fully adjustable to fit you perfectly any issues customer service are straight on it and you get free returns I love this brand

I've just recieved extremely rude treatment from Amy.

I paid 35 pound for a mystery box. She was ignoring me. I named all the things I don't have in the live. She got stressed because I had alot of them
She then rushed me to focus on the main girls who come on, said I'm packing you 4 socks and a silk lingerie bag??? And one set? I said no I want 2 sets can u please give me 2 mins of your time and show me the sets. She muted me and said sorry its been packed already now. I've given u socks and a silk bag.
I'm not happy.

Alfie or none of the others ever act like that. If they choose a few options that we have, they take a few mins to help us out and go through them all.
I got left with one set and socks and a silk bag to put a hair clip in? That's very rude. When I said no no I don't want that she started saying we'll it's packed now and muted me. Also, she's saying every order today gets a freebie. What did I get ? I didn't even get anything. Girls got sets and beautiful choices. The main girls who shop every day got special treatment. Even though I do big orders on my partners account!! I'm still a customer even if u don't recognise the name. I'm extremely upset and I wanted to talk about this on my tiktok and show the screen recording it was so so rude. She kept patronising me saying well your a queen with it all!! So I could do was give u socks !! I never said I have them all I said I have hundreds of sets and it will be hard but I said I don't have the brown tutu set or the white baby doll or the red and green bodysuit/skirt thing. I told her. She ignored me and focused on 3 other girls. Gave them so much options I kept asking nicely can we pack my order please ?

It's actually embarrassing and also false advertisement. It says u get 2 lingerie sets for 35. I've bought it many times. How can she say oh well u seem to have it all queen! And throw in socks ??

Great company I love the products ive been ordering from them for months, I've ordered over 20 lingerie sets and that's not including baby dolls and slippers ext. Which may seem excessive but there all so gorgeous its too hard to pick . Tgere product range is amazing and so beautiful and different, as a 34g I struggle to find reasonably priced pretty lingerie and liliosa has it all I'm never disappointed. There customer service team are on the ball too I had a missing item a few weeks back as it was packed on a live on tiktok and and it was dealt with very quickly and easily. The team that run the lives on tiktoc are always friendly energetic and make you feel like you're part of a liliosa family. I Would recommend liliosa allday long.

All sets are from Shein, Temu etc. Telling people they are buying luxury lingerie sets. Have photos of the brand new ones they released today on Temu and Shein. Spent a sheer fortune on items for them to come defective with stitching defaults around cuppings etc. This took me to do a bit of investigating. Didn't take me long to find the same sets on Shein, Temu etc. Including ones that have been released newly today.
