Don't believe their guaranteed 30 day…

Don't believe their guaranteed 30 day refund, you contact customer services and they haggle with you in order so you don't return the item of clothing. They offer a % discount on another purchase and a part refund. When you finally agree the refund does not get paid. I started the process 11th April 2026, after requests for images of the item, then options of how to proceed an agreement was made on the 21st April with email confirmation of refund being processed. After numerous polite requests for an update the last being the 27th May, the blame was placed at the finance department and now I have been GHOSTED, I have sent 2 further emails and no response, as no refund has been processed. DO NOT buy from this company.

I wish I had seen all the other bad…

I wish I had seen all the other bad reviews before buying.
I accidentally bought 2 dresses the same, I thought from Lily and Rose Uk. The website was confusing, I emailed a Sophie who said it was no problem I could send a dress back when they arrived. The dresses were not the same as seen on Pinterest. Sophie gave me an address to return the dresses which I did to China and within the 30 days.
3 to 4 weeks later the dresses were returned to me. I have been in a email battle for the last 4 weeks with a Sophie trying to get my money back.
Sophie is saying I can’t have a refund because their policy says item have to be returned in 30 days which mine were.
I can’t believe these people can get away with this. I am going to report them to Trading Standards to see if the can put a stop to the scammers!
I would give a naught but there is no option for this on the review.
Disgusting service and company!!!

I feel such a fool …

How I wish I’d come here first before I purchased what looked like a gorgeous dress. It’s called the Cristina Maxi Dress – I purchased 1 in grey, 1 in beige.
Shipping time was ok but as soon as I took delivery, based on the weight of the package, my heart sank. There was no way the package contained 2 dresses. Oh but it did! And how horrendous they were. I wish I could post photos on here. Absolutely disgusting brushed nylon v’s the heavy wool dresses they advertise. I feel such a fool. Trying ever so hard to return, they keep ignoring my pleas with offers.
1st response came 3 days later asking me why I was returning
I emailed again asking to return the dresses and request for a refund.
2nd response came 2 days later telling me instead of returning and incurring return costs they would prefer to offer me 15% refund.
I refused and asked again to return the dresses and request a refund.
3rd response came 3 days later offering me a 30% refund and a gift card worth “60%” for future purchases.
I refused and advised I was asking for the 4th time for my money back.
They responded 1 day later advising me that it was not beneficial to the environment or sustainability to return my goods and returns would be costly and best avoided.
I feel this is very unprofessional and at the worst quite threatening.
I’m at a loss on how to proceed and feeling very down about the whole situation.

BIG SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

The shame I have been properly done ! I wouldn’t even give this company one star if I had the choice. Unfortunately, I ordered from them without checking reviews first—a mistake I won’t make again. I quickly realised this is most likely a scam after reading reviews on here. I emailed to cancel order but said they could not cancel and I can send back to China once I received it! There is absolutely nothing London about this company!!

The jumper I ordered finally did arrive after 3 weeks (there's your single star), but it’s absolutely nothing like the picture. I ordered a size 12/14, and it’s so small it might just fit a five-year-old. The fabric is cheap, stretchy, rubbish and completely unlike the lovely image your scammed into buying. — Just low-quality junk from China. I wish I could post a picture to compare the two, it is unbelievable what they can get away with.

Like others have said, avoid this company at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

For reference, I ordered the Lola knitted jumper, and it was a complete disappointment.

Horrendous customer service department

Horrendous customer service department. I have been going round in circles for weeks trying to get help with my refund and they don’t seem to be reading my emails correctly or looking at previous emails as I keep getting the same unhelpful response.

Misleading Product Descriptions

The description of the jacket I purchased was completely misleading. Described as warm, insulated and plush the jacket is nice but none of these. Overpriced for the quality sadly - I'll pack it away for the summer :) Great customer service when chasing the delivery though.

AVOID!!!

Like many others, I was sucked into believing this was a small independent London store. I ordered 3 x sweaters (£98) well in time for my city break. They arrived whilst I was away and what can I say... I am shocked by the quality. Certainly not representative of online images & certainly not wearable. A big scam. PLEASE AVOID!!!

If there were negative star ratings…

If there were negative star ratings this would be a -10. Firstly, the items were nothing like the images on the website, the clothes were cheap but I thought that this was a genuine sale price, what arrived some 3 weeks later was of very poor quality. No wonder there are no Lily & Rose labels stitched in! I’ve been offered all sorts of alternatives to receiving a full refund but will happily pay the costs of returning the items to China.

Please do not be sucked in by this website and the prices, the quality is appalling and completely not representative of the images on the website.

I ordered two items of clothing. Very slow to arrive. When they did arrive the quality was awful, clearly chinese knock offs. I asked for a refund, they offered 15% refund and keep the clothes, then
30% refund and 60% off next order, keep the clothes.
The package had a UK return address, but the company want returns to China! I'm not going to give them my bank details, and I'm not going to waste anymore money sending them back. They are con artists plain and simple.

Awful quality and shipped from Asia

The item was awful quality, shipped from Asia and the equivalent of buying from Shein. On attempting to return the item I was informed the item had to be returned to Asia at my own expense. If I had known the item were not from what seemed like a small London store I would not have purchased it. The packaging was cheap and I'm pretty sure I could have paid £5 for this £50 item. Avoid at all cost

Do not shop there

Do not shop there - the quality is absolute rubbish and not as described. You have to also return your order to China and pay a fortune as a return fee. They will offer you to keep the order and get 10% refund. Don’t know why such companies are allowed to trade in UK.

Shockingly poor quality. AVOID!

The quality of the items are shockingly bad.
They look NOTHING like the photo.
The company is based in China - so good luck trying to get a refund from them. AVOID!!!
