Flowers ordered 1pm Thursday, requested to be delivered early next day. They arrived at 3.25pm Friday.
I could have driven to Melbourne myself and got them there quicker. $16.95 for courier that took all day to get them there.

Order was done on Wednesday this week was rang that afternoon to say they could not deliver that day would Thursday be ok I said yes. Rang Thursday afternoon to be told the courier does not start till 2pm . Well they did not deliver again. So I rang this morning and was told they would try again today finally they arrived. Not good business at all.

Unhappy cusomter
I had placed same day delivery order in the morning well before cut off time i had put in my location to ensure i was in right area prior to purchase which was accepted .
Then later got a message saying they where u able to deliver today due to the florist. I had asked question as to why site garntees but does t deliver as there person i got flowers for may not be there the following day . I was simply trying to ask question before they could even reply they canceled the order on there own accord with out me verifying that is what i wanted to do . Even the messaged stated as disscused we canceneld the order which i never canceled i was asking question to why you garntee things that cant be meet .
I tryed to re book it qith lady over phone who was very nice but unable to help due to it already being to late and refunded and if placing the order again would mean i wouldnt recive it till after publoc holiday cause past cut of time for orders
And due to refund taking up to 7x bussiness days i cant even use the money to purchase from a local florist
I will never be using this site again and nothing done to even try rectifiy the issue just im sorry this happen .
My thought would be do t garntee people something you can not deliver on increase the time frames and employess cancling order with out written or verbal consent should be on employee and not on the cusomter.

The $79 bunch plus $16.95 delivery I ordered and received was supplied from my local florist. In their Edwardstown SA shop, the bunch I received was available for $30 that day. There was 4 native flowers and some green leaves instead of a colorful bunch of mixed flowers. Very disappointed.
The card had no capital letters for names and was very plain. Underwhelmed.

They did not provide what I paid for. I spent $130 of awful ‘servo’ flowers when I was promised beautiful lilac flowers. Terrible service. Never got back to me when I asked why my aunt was not sent what I paid for.

Absolutely terrible experience with my booking. Selected product (April 2nd), ordered online choosing available dates (4th April) only to be advised no couriers working due to bank holiday - not great as the date was shown and accepted by the vendor, however accepted that and requested goods delivered next day. Today (April 7th) i received another mail stating couriers do not deliver to your area (which is not true) and transaction cancelled. Appalling customer service.

the actual order didn’t look anything like the picture, very disappointing. Looks so cheap I may as well got someone to go to Woolworths & pick up a bunch at a third of the price. I thought I was dealing with the actual florist but you are dealing with someone in a different state, won’t be ordering from there again, will just ring a florist directly in the town.

Very disappointed that I have not been advised if this has been delivered. first time used a delivery service to Busselton - would rather do the 4 hour round trip to deliver them myself.

During a very sad time in the family, the lady who took my order was very sympathetic and patient. Her suggestion about the flowers was spot on - the flowers when delivered were beautiful and just perfect for the occasion. Very happy with the order and would highly recommend Lily’s Flowers.

I ordered online a beautiful bouquet of white flowers and paid extra for a larger bunch - what arrived at my son's was a small bouquet of colourful flowers (hardly any in the bouquet at all) - nothing like my order which cost over $100!

Ordered my flowers Friday to be delivered to my daughter Saturday, they didn’t arrive, no way to contact them on a weekend. Spoke to them Monday requested delivery for that day. Guaranteed delivery, didn’t happen. Called again requesting a refund. No explanation offered. Really disappointing
