I placed my order January 30th you did not receive my art review until February 17th. And now they won’t respond. Their website says they are preview will be available within 2 to 4 days, mine took 18 days. I asked them to expedite the shipping for the inconvenience 5 days ago and now they will not respond. A friend of mine placed an order through this company and receive the item and it was perfect, however, that was two years ago. I’m not sure if this company is still legit. I would not recommend placing an order for this company.

I found Lines FY through TikTok and was instantly impressed with the product idea! I placed my order, and to my surprise, it arrived earlier than expected. The attention to detail was absolutely perfect, from the packaging to the product itself. The quality of the embroidery is impeccable, super well-made and clear. The custom artwork of my dog captured his essence 100%, exactly how I envisioned it. I highly recommend it! An amazing experience from start to finish.

I haven’t received my delivery I’ve tried to contact them I’ve not got a response . It said my address is not correct or doesent exist I’ve tracked my parcel it said it was in transit and they had to send it back as it wasn’t the correct address . I didn’t receive my order it’s been 1 months I ask for my money back but they didn’t respond to me i message everywhere and post about this. Cause this is a scam.

If you've always wanted a customized, unique, and high-quality product with good delivery time and excellent customer service, you can stop searching; you've found it. The best online store I've ever seen, worth every penny. My girlfriend loved it and said she had never received such a cool and exclusive gift.

I do not recommend shopping from this company. Orders take almost a month, when you ask one excuse after another. And good luck getting response to your email.

42 days to get a sweatshirt and all I heard was excuse after excuse after excuse. No kind of we will make it up to you but all you hear is sorry and we apologize.

I love the idea of this product. So far, the overall experience has been poor. I didn’t receive a proof until I reached out to them. They responded to both inquiries. I ordered on Dec 6, 2023. I’m still waiting for the final product 6 weeks later. I’m hoping to get a refund. Don’t waste your time on this.

The product received was perfect. It was a Christmas gift and the recipient said it was the best gift ever. It looked just like her dog that had passed away.

Lady's picture was perfect. We lost her 3 years ago on Christmas day so my daughter was extremely happy and emotional. We lost Jack just a little over a year ago so it was nice to have him close to our hearts.

Perfect gift for our family. Customer service was great. Easy to contact and worked to make sure we were happy.
