Placed order - proof deadline not met by LinesFy.

Placed order - was told 2 - 4 days for art proof to be emailed to me. Its now been 6 days with no communication other than an initial email showing that I paid $86 for a hoodie. I have reached out to customer service so we'll see what happens next. I will update review after communicaiton back from LinesFY about art proof.

Five stars, it really worths it:))

I was surprised how quickly and smoothly the whole process went especially, since I ordered a product before the Christmas holidays. I found the customer service perfect, it helped me a lot with my special order. I recommend you to contact LinesFY by its' support email, I was able to get an order which is not particularly on their website, however, they could make me the perfect customized item that I had dreamed about.

Great process but inconsistent quality

The initial design process was wonderful. The team member who worked with me and then with the artist was greay. They took my notes to the artist and they made adjustments in a quick and timely manner. Shipment was fast. The final product was a different story. It's a Christmas gift and overall quality was the biggest issue. The design stitching looked thin and inconsistent. I requested for each of my animals names to be added to the corresponding sleeve and instead both were on one sleeve. The hoodie itself isn't the greatest quality. For the money I'm not sure I would ever repurchase.

Nice experience

Very easy to work with, even after I changed my mind a few times about the artwork. Will certainly order from them again.

Looking forward to seeing my sweater in person

Only reasons it’s a 4/5 is because I haven’t seen or wear my sweat shirt. I can say however that they have been good with communication. The photo they made for my sweat shirt is great and I’m looking forward to wearing my sweat shirt
