The lads were helpful. Had no pressure to either make purchase or between two bikes when I found something I liked.
Helped through the part exchange process as had never done before and given very fair price. My point of contact for sale was Dan.

Took a long time to get this deal sorted….bike arrived dirty and fuel light on!
First ride to fill up and the suspension was banging, bike wouldn’t start, MTC and ABS lights flashing and to top it off key fob battery light came on!!!
Bought using online service , Motorcycle did not come as described , the bike had not been been prepared and was delivered dirty and unfit for purpose , had 2 mot failures that had not been address , I've owned the bike for 5 weeks and have still not been able to ride it , i had to ride it 30 miles to drop it off for them to collect even though it was not legal due to the mot issues , this was over 2 weeks ago and it has still not been returned .very disappointed by the whole experience , I've been offered nothing in compensation and also have had to pay for the front brake pads to be replaced , due to minimum of material on them .
It was easy to contact the sales team and the whole sale was smooth

They gave me a great part exchange price on my motorcycle. They made purchasing a new motorcycle a very easy experiance. All staff have been extremely helpfull, even the after sales and service have been great. 100% recomend.

Delivery of the bike was fairly straight forward and pleasant too. A bit more information about forecast delivery times is the only niggle as I was left waiting all day for an early evening delivery. Minor point in an otherwise excellent experience.

Very friendly and helpful. No pressure and very patient holding the bike for me while I waited for money to come through to pay for it. Delivery driver Cliff was extremely friendly and took time to chat on the day. Joe called me a couple of days after delivery to make sure I was happy with everything. Overall a completely pleasant and hassle free experience.

Bought a new Svartpilen 401 from Joe over the phone. It was really easy, it was a great price and I got a great deal, thanks Joe.
The bike was also delivered to me by a friendly driver.
