Brought a tracer 9 gt but it had a broken indicator which lings said they would fix ,after using a fabricator to try and fix with no luck ,the after sales team eg James was fantastic he got it sorted can't recommend lings in harleston highly enough will defo be coming back for my next bike 😁👍👍👍

Disaster from start to finish dealing with Lings Harleston. I would recommend to never use this dealer to buy a motocross bike from.
Bought a new Husqvarna 401 from Lings and all was good as expected, Kevin was helpful and courteous

I had an issue I thought deserving of a review by Lings and from this both they and Husqvarna themselves offered a superb level of support in closing this out. - I managed to get my enduro in for an engine refresh top end - and after 80 hours it needed it. Glenn in the workshop did a terrific job of this and the warranty requirements. Even a box of old parts presented with the bike showing what was changed and why.
Thank you all concerned - truly impressive customer service.

Everything about this place is wrong. My bike arrived damaged eventually after it was collected I received its back 2 weeks later. On taking it for it’s first service at an independent dealer I was told it couldn’t have had a pre inspection as everything was lose. Also my paperwork was wrong total shambles.

It seemed all they were interested in was money,initially very helpful at deciding on a bike but it all went down hill as soon as I said yes I’d have it. one salesman very helpful when the salesman I was dealing with kept forgetting stuff like sending out the sales paperwork for me to sign. As part of the sale agreed on an extra part which should have arrived with in a week possibly 2 was told this part was cost £143. I was also told when it arrives I will be contacted and I could pop to the shop to have it fitted.After chasing it for weeks (so it obviously had never been ordered) it finally arrived at my home address the price was on it at £70 not the £143 as stated. I have constantly had to chase them for information, not good, poor after sales, wouldn’t buy from them again which is a shame as I had planned on another purchase in the new year. Perhaps it all depends on how much money you spend as to the care you have.
Jan 6th 2025 Finally I get to have my hand guards fitted and as it been so long it's due it first service so ask for that too. As promised the bike will be collected and delivered back today on collection the nice polite gentleman says he will contact me before he drops it back off.
Oh hang on yes it was picked up but by 1700 I have to ring them as I've not anything and working for the NHS I have a night shift I have to get to. The lovely lady explains it's still being worked on and will be dropped off tomorrow.
I have spoken to some lovely people through this incredibly long drawn out process, and I'm not pointing fingers at any individuals. But my experience with this group has just been the most frustrating I wish I'd never gone there. And will not go back. I always try and support local companies but not when their service is so bad.

Joe, Kevin and Aaron went above and beyond to source me a ktm 85. Nothing was too much trouble and I was regularly updated with progress of the bikes arrival.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly and informative no way pushy. The atmosphere within the dealership is welcoming as well. There is a great selection of new and used bikes from a variety of manufacturers. Would recommend.
