Lings - Powersports Norwich Avis 

Delivery was delayed once and rescheduled. Found a couple of marks/scratches around the bike and emailed photos over on the day of delivery, but still have not heard the outcome of this. Shouldn't really have to chase it. Apart from that the online system for the paperwork is fast and efficient. The delivery cost was fair and not overpriced.

Having looked for a KTM Superduke for a while, I checked out Lings in Norwich. I had a chat with Sam and was offered a test ride. I found a bike I wanted at Lings in Watton, and Sam was happy to bring it to Norwich free of charge. I was offered a great deal on the bike i traded in and I'm very happy with the new bike. I'm pleased to give Lings in Norwich 5 stars for the service and support i received.

This is the third bike I’ve purchased from Lings since 2019 and I had vowed to never go back, however my recent experience could not of been any better.
Sam Harper who dealt with was spot on and always calling or emailing to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The KTM Superduke R is superb.
I will definitely return when I need another bike.

I tend to look at most things as I would my favourite takeaway, try it once to see what it’s like, if it’s great then go back for more.

So having previously bought a Rocket 3 from Lings Ipswich for myself and then looking to buy something for the good lady starting with something I knew that had given me a good customer experience was a given.

The task was to get my good lady back on 2 wheels after 4 years off the road and 1 hop operation later, being of diminutive stature the choices were limited and the Bobber or speedmaster fitted the bill, looking around and chatting to similar stature females (Or women as they used to be known) narrowed this further to the speedmaster. Thus the hunt began.

Neither the Ipswich or Watton branches had a demo and a dealership in Essex had offered us a demo on a second hand bike, the good lady booked this in while I kept looking, then Lings powersports advertised a second hand speedmaster, 1 call later and a demo was arranged.

Before the Demo Kate sent a video of the bike to my good lady giving here a 360view of the bike she was going to testride, this was followed up with a call to arrange things, here I have to add that I find that there are 3 types of sales people, the first doesn’t take anyone seriously and waits for you to come to them, the second is so pushy that they put you off and the third manages to balance sales and support perfectly – I have to say that Kate has the right blend of sales and empathy with the customer to put you at ease and give you confidence in the dealership.

So my good lady test rode the bike and loved it, however I’d told her it was unlikely that we’d get it this year but at least I now knew exactly what she wanted, this allowed me to plan a surprise. Instead of the bike my good lady rode I discussed with Kate my plans to by a new bike as a surprise, bring the missus into the dealers so I could look at a KTM and surprise her with a new bike all ready for her to collect.

Kate played her part to perfection, When my missus saw the bike she didn’t register it was hers, even though it had a sold sign and a lable “Reserved for Axxxx” , even when Kate asked “When do you want to collect it” she was still confused (But that’s the missus for you)

I can speak highly of the team and Kate, one of the most pleasurable bike buying experiences I’ve had in 43 years of riding and buying too bikes to remember.

Great service from Dan from the minute we walked into the shop to the minute we left. Nothing was too much trouble and we test rode a few bikes. I arrived with a bike in mind and left with something different and it's amazing!
