Really good experience when buying my first bike from Kate

Kate was so helpful and the main reason we bought from there.
She made all the time consuming boring bits simple and a pleasure.

I traded my S1000rr against a KTM 1290GT. The service I received was perfect. Bike delivered clean with new tyres and mileage, paperwork and in the condition discussed. The delivery driver was polite and professional and on time with a courtesy call ehen near. The log book arrived as discussed bike MOT and service history correct. I would recommend Lings to anyone. Katherine was very quick to respond to queries and re-assuring as payment was made in advance, but she supplied a good video of the bike to reassure me. She took many calls and always returned my calls. She was always polite.

Sam was a brilliant salesman, great customer service and communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Great deal on KTM Duke 125 and great customer service from Sam. Didn't try pushing for add-ons etc which always goes down well with me. Biked packed up on a pallet and sent to me in Scotland at very reasonable cost with tracking info and arrived just a few days later.

Very easy to purchase new motorbike and trade in present bike online. Sales executive very helpful making the transaction trouble free. I was kept updated throughout process. Delivery of new bike and collection of old bike was arranged and carried out a few day’s later.

Kate has been a superstar in finding me the deal I wanted and is really knowledgeable about the bikes they are selling. At no point was there any push to buy anything which is really nice. And always the offer of a coffee.

Having been let down by other franchised motorcycle dealers in East Anglia with really poor experiences when trying to enquire about bikes (over the phone and in person) I decided to pop into Lings KTM in Norwich. On my first visit, Kate was brilliant with me and took the time to answer all of my queries. On my second visit I took out a 790 Adventure for a test ride, which I loved.

I ended up ordering a brand new 790 Adventure, and cancelling test rides on other brands. This was mostly down to the experience that I had with Kate in Norwich.
