Linq GR 2025 - Unprofessional handling and lack of communication
My experience with this agency has been consistently disappointing. After applying for a role, I received no follow-up for months, and not even basic status updates. I eventually contacted the Director of their client company directly (someone I happened to know), who confirmed that he had also been left completely uninformed, which says a lot about the level of coordination and the lack of respect.
A few weeks later, the agency contacted me again, asking for referrals for IT/Tech positions.
Instead of a standard monetary reward, they offered free access to their own (overpriced) seminars in random IT skills. Please...
During my search for a new role in IT consulting, I interacted with many recruiting agencies. This was, by far, the least professional and the slowest in communication and updates.
For the love of God, I cannot recommend them.
