This company are tying to take money from my account and I’ve no idea who they are ! They are trying to use an old card every few days to date have tried 20 times from amounts form over a £100 to today £17. Just madness ! STAY CLEAR and I’m not even a customer !

This company did the same thing to me, they took out $428.00, $107.95 four times without my authorization, I’m fighting it with PayPal, doesn’t look to good for me, I’ve been praying. Don’t let them fool you ,first of all the patches don’t even work, I ordered one pack to try it out in case it didn’t work, with that one order that I ordered i was automatically subscribed without knowing it, I call them and some girl answered, I ask where was I calling? She said Madera, Ca , on Google it says Wyoming.

This company does not even deserve a one star only reason why I did because I couldn’t post a comment. In March, this came up on Facebook should’ve known then was a scam. Have been trying to cancel is going through different accounts of mine without my approval tried to cancel. I don’t know what to do. My Bank account did put a stop pay for $25 so there’s more money. My next step is Better Business Bureau.

Do not purchase! I ordered a trial size and was charged extra and sent extra patches that I did not want! Then I was charged again for additional product! I have called, emailed several times and have not heard any response, it has been almost a month a no response!!!

Don't buy once u do they get more expensive every month and u can't get them to quit charging u or sending patches plus they haven't worked in my opinion

This company is a scam! The shipped multiple orders before I even received the first order. I tried to cancel and return for refund and heard nothing back. I blocked PayPal from paying any additional charges. I wouldn’t do business with any company as shady as this one.

This company is a scam! I have had 5 payments taken out of my account and only received 1 of the shipments. My credit card has disputed and declined payments and then they submit another bill Requested that subscription that I didn't enroll for to be stopped and it hasn't been. I even got a email that they canceled and still bills. I can't get anyone on the phone or get automated response to emails. After I didn't receive the first shipment and they said it was delivered I don't want this stuff

I have been receiving charges of $107.95 back to back dates 5/15,5/16,5/22 and 5/23 after having them suspend my orders. I have now moved to cancel my subscriptions via email, and the generic form filled out when I click the contact us icon. I will try to call but the number I’ve been calling is not their company! So frustrated. And the patches are not effective.

This company and their product is a SCAM. I fell for it from their ad on Facebook. They continuously charge my Paypal account for reoccurring shipments I DID NOT authorize. I have opened a case through PayPal. GET THE WORD OUT. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY.

I have been trying since April to cancel an unknown subscription and the only way is to send email which then gives same automated reply and they keep billing me and sending patches. I disputed with PayPal and they denied my dispute because product shows delivered even though i sent emails showing subscription that is fraud and cannot be cancelled. I have been billed hundreds of dollars and am now in process of literally cancelling my credit cards and praying they can’t hit my PayPal account for it. I am going to have to call PayPal because this is fraud at its finest and they are rejecting dispute

I tried their product, so no improvements. Asked to stop shipments. They double dipped my account back to back and refused to stop or refund. Stay away. Just want to warn others. I had to stop my card and have another one issued as they wouldnt stop on their own. Shameful company. Beware of their so called 100% satisfaction guarantee. Its not worth the media its written on.

Money has been coming out of my account for things I have never seen or purchased. This company has somehow started a subscription that I never agreed to and taken money from me.

This product did not work for me. I tried to cancel my subscription, but they kept sending me product and charging my card. I asked if I could return unused product and got no answer. Apparently there is no customer service available. I had to cancel my credit card and I’m stuck with unused product.

I wrote and asked for instructions on returning the product. Was then charged for an additional two shipments. Have emailed numerous times attempting to get return address and have yet to receive a response. I saw on this site where they responded to someone else with instructions to put "Urgent" in the subject line, that still has not generated any response. the phone number listed are not even legit.

i ordered this product one time. i unchecked the box for scubscriton. i was charged again, i tried calling their customer service number and nobody answerd. i have sent numerous emails bout cancelling. i woke up again today and another 107.00 taken less than a week from the last charge. Now i will have to cancel my card at the bank which is a pain of having to wait for a new one.
i think this is a scam to take money from your account without your permission.

These patches don’t work! I originally notified them that I just wanted to try a starter kit. Once they gained access to my checking account, they continued to send automatic charges & deliveries. They use delay tactics with stock emails & would not address the return process & refund. Don’t get involved.

This is fraudulent it is a scam. Do not purchase this product. I have fraud charges on my account.

1 star is too much, there should be negative numbers offered for this company. They are scamming and frauding customers repeatedly. I did not finalize and process my first order, I changed my mind and backed out of ordering. We'll immediately I got notice thanking me for my order. I called and sent messages within 5 minutes asking for order to be canceled. They said it's already shipped can't be canceled. Total BS. No way it had already shipped. We I had all intentions of refusing but I opened it when it arrived, before realizing what it was. They answered phone 1 time and I did not have order number handy and they wouldn't answer again. 1 month later I got notice from paypal that 2nd order had shipped and I was charged $107.95. I emailed and called. I was assured I could return when order arrived and any subscription was canceled. BS. Same thing a week later another $107.95. I did not process first order($47) and definitely did not bargain for 2 more recurring orders at 107.95 a week apart. Still fighting this problem. I refused both the last 2 orders and they were returned to sender. But they will not give me a refund.

Company is an absolute scam. Somehow they started "shipping" their crap (none of which was ever received) and continually billing my credit card or paypal. Had to shut down paypal account and get new credit card to stop the charges. Even after repeated emails to stop they continued to claim product shipments and attempted charges.
