Someone continue to try and debit my account for a product I didn’t receive nor do I wish to. I received one package, I requested a cancellation and was granted it. 7 or 8 attempts for different amounts??? That is Fraudulent

These disgusting pieces of garbage continue to push fraudulent charges thru my card. I have reported it to Apple & multiple times emailed this scammer company but they continue to try to charge my card. These people should be arrested.

I am so upset I have reached out over email haven’t got a response the charged me 26$ then 55$ then 107$ through my PayPal account I never signed up for a subscription I want some kind of feedback! Hopefully me doing this review I will get a response I want my money back!

This company is corrupt. You buy a product one time without making a subscription they send you a subscription twice a week and bill your card. You cannot cancel your account online. You cannot stop the charges. They do not answer emails and they do not answer telephone messages so you end up having to cancel your credit card. Report fraud and not accept the packages that they sent to you and hope your credit card will do the charge back and give you your money back.

DO NOT buy anything from this company!!
I cancelled my subscription and they are still sending me their lousy product and have charged me FOUR times!!!

I wish zero was an option because they don't even deserve one star! Total scam. The patches don't work for one. I didn't even sign up for the monthly subscription, but they have charged me three months in a row. I have an email from them saying they would cancel and then they charged me again.

This company is a scam. I was charged $836.79 in unauthorized charges for a product I did not want to receive. When asked for a refund I was disregarded. I am filing a complaint. And will file fraudulent charges through my bank if I am not refunded the amount owed. I also want to cancel any further unauthorized charges!

This Lipovia company is a total SCAM! I ordered from them back in March. After a month of waiting, I continued to email them as to where my order was, then I emailed to cancel the subscription. Just this month alone they have withdrew almostc$300.00 from my account & sent me a pack of 30 day patches. Tomorriw I will be filing a dispute with my bank over these charges and changing my debit card. I've tried several phone numbers that are either dusconnected or a recording saying they will return as soon as possible. NOTHING. Emails saying they will review it and get back to me. This is sickening and YES, I got scammed!

This product and company is a Complete and Total SCAM. One time purchase which turned into a subscription that I DID NOT want and they keep taking money out of my account. I have emailed and called numerous times requesting a cancellation and refund but their Customer Service department doesn’t return calls or emails. Lack of communication and customer support is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time with this SCAM company.

The same as the other reviewers. I don't want to repeat the same experience. We are telling the truth, and Lipovia is not a reputable company. I had to literally cancel my bank card because of the repeated
unauthorized purchases.Very disheartening!

This company has been making unauthorized withdrawals from my account. The company does not return calls or emails. This company should be shut down. They are an unscrupulous company of unscrupulous people.

I ordered once in February, the cost was $49.00. No product was sent. This month, I was sent an email stating a delivery was on its way. I never authorized an auto ship from this company. They then proceeded to send four more notifications that product was in route. I messaged them, called them (818) 824-8898, no answer, messages sent and left on their phone line. This company withdrew four payments of $104.00 during the month of May with the last one being today, after I notified my account-Paypal. I have to wait 90 days for this money to be credited to my account and it makes it impossible for me to order my Medication from a pharmacy, three months of medications. This company is NOT legit in any way and I would love to get a group together to get lawyers involved.

I ordered a supply for 3 months. They changed my order to a 1month supply and a 3-month supply and charged for 2 orders. delivered the one-month supply and the 3-month supply never arrived. phone number must be fake no one answers and they do not return calls. I have also emailed we will see if I get a response I doubt it.

I am currently disputing charges with this scam of a company. I have sent multiple emails to cancel the “subscription”, but have not heard anything back! The product causes severe nausea, as I stated in one of the NUMEROUS emails. If I could give negative stars, I would!

I would give it a -10 if I could they are a scam and they will not answer phones or email when I finally got hold of soneone they stole over 400 dollars out of my account befor I could get it stopped Now I am having to spend money on a attorney to try and get something back I am sure its not going to help because the company is out of china

This is the worst company to try to get ahold of..I was told my subscription that I never agreed to was canceled and wasnt going to get charge. But I have been getting charged every other day for over 100 dollars each time and have had to cancel my debit card because s e if it..does anyone know how to get a hold of an actual live person let me know

I ordered and was charged $26.95. I cancelled the subscription and they confirmed the cancellation but took two more payments out of my account. I cancelled my debt card and no refund. I have reported this company to the authorities and I believe a lawsuit should be brought against them. They should be held accountable for their actions and should be charged. I lost a total of 151.84. I was put in a very difficult financial position.

I felt I needed to write a 2nd review, giving an update to my experience. I find it very mind boggling that the company responded to my original review within a day, but they have yet to respond to my many emails/voice messages. I ended up having to close my PayPal and bank account due to the fraudulent charge, and to avoid future charges by Lipovia. A real pain in the a**. I finally received my special one time purchase, and the patches are garbage. I got an email claiming the 1 month subscription (that I DID NOT authorize) was delivered this morning (much faster "delivery" than original order)......problem is, it was NOT delivered. Nada, nothing. No skin off my back, as I stopped payment on it, and was not going to pay to return it either. Please.......do NOT ever order from this company! FYI - I have also filed a complaint with the BBB, and they are investigating the fraudulent charges.

0 stars. I thought I ordered a simple product to try- there were immediately 3 charges. 42 , 55.95 and 64.64. I called every published number and emailed, someone emailed back saying they would not charge me again or ship anything. Then a couple weeks later they charged my PayPal 107.95 after I emailed them to stop charging and stop sending the now known by the Better Business Bureau as a scam product. PayPal would not give me the first payments back because the company sent something and a tracking. They did send 3 of the packs but this time they charged 107.95 and sent 1 pack and I have no way to return or get the refund with a hold on my PayPal! This is awful. Do not buy. So now PayPal won’t help and Lipovia scammed us all.

This is a complete joke and scam. I had 3 amounts of $107.95 taken out of my account within in a 3 week span. All 3 orders stated it was for a 3 month supply. I received 1 order which was only 1 month supply. I was finally able to cancel the membership and prevent the company from stealing anymore of my money.
