maintenance query
I spoke to Pamela regarding a query about our account. She listened attentively and patiently to my query and responded politely, warmly and professionally.
She endeavoured to solve the problem immediately but, due to a meeting of the appropriate staff, wasn't able to. She calmly took my details, checked them with me, and promised to get back to me as soon as the staff became available.
I then asked another question about our account which she was able to solve for me straight away. I would definitely speak to Pamela at Liquidline again.

He arrived nice and early, was professional at all times, knowledgeable, patient, and quickly diagnosed what needs to be done in terms of new steps. We had a technical issue with our coffee machine and logged a call. A short while later I received an email from Clive Roberts with a detailed email explaining how to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue. I followed his instructions and managed to get the machine working again. Thank you for the quick response and help.

Issue with Customer Drinks Machine
Patient advisor who resolved the problem with the drinks machine whilst I was going to and fro having to speak to customers at reception. Also, he liaised with my other work colleague to explain steps to resolve the issue.

Quality Service
Emily was brilliant from our very first meeting right through to the end of what was quite a lengthy process. Her knowledge of the different machines available was incredibly impressive – there was very little she didn't know.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was arranging a trial, answering questions from colleagues, or helping us work through the various options. She was always quick to respond to emails and provided excellent customer service throughout.
What has stood out most is that her support hasn't stopped since the installation. Emily still keeps in regular contact to check everything is running smoothly and to see if we need anything. That ongoing care and attention is exactly what you want from a supplier, and it's been a pleasure working with her and the team at Liquidline.
Must give Ross and Dave a shout out too, they've been great at training and calibrating the machines at short notice,
