Exceptional quality and service from start to finish
We upgraded our office coffee machine to Liquidline following continual issues with our previous machine.
Charlie Harrison looked after us from the get-go. He ensured we had the right machine to fit the purpose of our business and that everything was delivered and managed seamlessly.
We have had the machine in place now for a few months and can say the service, delivery and quality of products has been top tier.
If we have experienced any issues, the Liquidline team have been quick to respond and their communication has been plentiful.
We have new locations opening this year and there is no doubt in our minds that we will continue to use Charlie and his colleagues to assist us as we grow.
Highly recommended.

Service with a smile
Booked Call out Wednesday, Engineer arrived following day. Had to order a new part but was fixed the following day. Engineer was very friendly and courteous.

Made the decision to change coffee…
Made the decision to change coffee machines at the start of the 2022 Cricket Season. Best decision we have made. Fantastic machines, great product and the one or two times there has been an issue with the machines, the response time for them to be fixed was very quick
