I contacted Liquidline for some advice on our coffee machine. I spoke to one of their customer service executives, Boyd Bowen, who helped identify the correct part we needed and proceeded to place the order on my behalf.
He was very polite and extremely helpful.

We were so impressed with both the machine and the excellent service that we decided to buy the same model. A great company to deal with, and Emily's service was absolutely top-notch.

We had a quick response from Liquidline and they came out as soon as possible. The gentleman repaired our main coffee machine for our centre and gave underneath the machine a good clean. The gentleman was very efficient. He explained what part needed changing and he got our coffee machine working!🥳Great Service!
