I had trouble viewing all our sites on the website - mentioned this when calling regarding an issue we had with a machine - Matthew called me and he resolved the issue within the hour of us speaking - can now see all the sites equipment and orders - thank you Matthew :-)

Huge credit where credit is due!
I have to leave a review for Lorraine Hilton, Customer Service Executive at Liquidline, for what was genuinely the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time.
We had a delivery arrive with a missing box of goods.
As soon as I called, Lorraine immediately reassured me that the issue would be resolved, kept me fully updated on progress, and, most importantly, did exactly what she said she would.
She followed up as promised, stayed on top of the situation throughout, and even ensured the missing goods were delivered a day earlier than originally advised.
In an era of AI bots, automated responses, and the constant need to chase companies whenever something goes wrong, this level of service really stands out. Other companies could genuinely learn from this approach to customer care.
Lorraine deserves massive praise for her professionalism, communication, and reliability.
I sincerely hope this feedback is seen internally and reflected positively in her next performance review.
