Easy to order. My niece aged 6 loves this book and is helping her to understand about different emotions.

Superb and colourful illustrated story that any child would love! Dealing with an array of emotions it provides a gateway for self acceptance and a tool for supporting children.

Our son is on the Austisic spectrum and can sometimes struggle to explain what emotion he is feeling.
Chris has written a book that helps my son to identify and relate the emotions he's been feeling by telling
us where he's felt these emotions and why.
The literature is accompanied by brilliant drawings of imaginative emotion monster which my son loves.

Great little free book that helps explain emotions to children

I purchased this eBook for my 5 year old son whom is adopted and struggles to regulate his emotions.
We have looked at it twice today and he seems to really relate to the emotions in the book and it has helped him discuss them and describe how each emotion makes him feel.
I would definitely recommend to children aged 3-8 who struggle with managing their emotions

This is a great little book to help children understand feelings. I use it at work with children who struggle to articulate how they feel
