We really like the little green button and, whilst we thankfully don't have to press it very often, when we do, it is great for alerting colleagues to an emergency situation.

The Little Green Button helps keep our people safe!
The Little Green Button helps keep our providers safe for the part we cannot cover. They are in a room alone with a client and the provider has a button to push if something goes wrong or they feel reasonably threatened. This product makes sure help is on the way, if needed.

Can we have the software accessed through to the LGB on the phone even with phone locked ? Like a short cut on phone device

Currently, the mobile app can receive alerts even when the phone is locked - any alert you receive will show as a push notification on your lock screen.
However, you do still need to open the app if you would like to send an alert from your mobile device.
But we're always really grateful for feedback, and we'll certainly take it on board for future developments!
