We really like the little green button and, whilst we thankfully don't have to press it very often, when we do, it is great for alerting colleagues to an emergency situation.

We have had the Little Green Button…
We have had the Little Green Button for a few years now and find it a great comfort to know that it is there on our screen if we need it. The service is great and we have had no problems with set-up. Highly recommend it.

We have found that the little green button is fantastic. All the staff feel safe when working in a room by them selves and have patient/clients come in with the door closed.

I've had a look at your settings, and I think you might just need to update your install to the latest version - this should mitigating any grey buttons moving forward!

We have not needed to use this thankfully but are happy with a couple of trials that it is an important security feature to have in a gp clinic.

VERY WORTHWHILE
We had a situation recently where a patient collapsed fitting in a doctor's room. She pressed the alarm and two doctors and a nurse and an admin staff member were there immediately to call the ambulance and assist. We could not do without it.

We love this Little green button. Patient fainted at front desk, clicked on Green button quickly and had everyone there in under a minute!
Female doctors and nurses feel much safer in rooms knowing all staff is just a click away.
Very easy to use.

A Very Helpful Program!
We use Little Green Button across our organization and, thankfully, we have never had to use it but it has instilled confidence in staff members who meet with the public. All tests and accidental buttons presses have worked great and staff are always quick to assist!
It also works at home so the staff out of office, working from home, still have that quick pulse connection should anything at home require assistance.
You just never know.

It is easy and accessible to use. It is attached to all the computers within the practice and when pressed - everyone comes out the woodwork like ants! It is so good to see quick responses to the help button.

Much safer system than the EMIS…
Much safer system than the EMIS emergency button as it tells you the room location rather than the person. We have 18 consulting rooms and a number of ad-hoc staff who use various rooms so knowing where we need to go rather than who is asking is more important and safer. It's also easy to set up and we rarely have any technical issues with LGB and if we do their support team is fast and responsive.
