Highly recommended for hoarder clearances. It wasn’t the most pleasant job, but they just got on with it without any fuss. They handled everything including a heavy piano and a water butt filled with some very questionable contents that I definitely wouldn’t have wanted to tackle myself.
It was also refreshing to see women partaking in manual work.
They carried out a full clean and sanitising fogging (apologies if that’s not the exact term), which gave us peace of mind given the amount of droppings uncovered. Everything was still completed within the original timeframe quoted.

Daniel came recommended from Cubitt & West to clear the hoarder house I inherited from my brother-in-law, and I honestly couldn’t fault the process.
They were professional, understanding, and completely non-judgemental from start to finish, which made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. The team worked incredibly hard and it all appeared very organised given the scale of the job. Still taking the time to separate items for recycling, even with such a large amount of what I thought was just landfill. They also set aside photographs keys and found the logbook we asked for which we were really grateful for.
Although we didn’t pay for a full clean, they still hoovered and wiped down surfaces, which was a lovely extra touch. We got them back for the fogging/deodorising service after we cleaned and this made a noticeable difference.

I used this company to do a rather large house clearance. I needed it completed within a tight timescale and I cannot recommend them enough! Daniel and his team gave care and attention to me knowing the circumstances of the clearance. Daniel and team were professional from start to finish and the job completed as promised on time. I can’t thank them enough.

Emptied plant pots, dismantled the table, un-plumbed the washing machine, delivering along with the other appliances and mobility scooter to my garage. A small crum of comfort knowing a lot of the furniture was saved from landfill. Hoovered throughout and laid down carpet protection film in the hallway stairs and landing. Fantastic service.
