Good quality items, great customer service
Lovely items and different to what you can find in the shops. My granddaughter loves penguins it was hard to know where to stop with the order! Arrived promptly and packaged well, and there was even a free gift gift enclosed. Thank you very much! Quality items and I would highly recommend

What an amazing company run by amazingly kind people! From replying to an email on the 1st of January, posting my order on the 2nd of January to popping in the parcel a wee surprise for my Son!

Hi Chloe, we're so sorry to hear this - you should have got in contact with us! I can see ordered Wednesday evening, and we posted first thing Thursday, so we really couldn't have sent it any quicker. There unfortunately must be a small delay with Royal Mail, but it should arrive very soon - We really hope you don't see their delay as a reflection of our little business :-(
