LiveChat is an affordable option with a superior UI/UX compared to competitors like Zendesk and Intercom, along with responsive and helpful product support. However, it lacks some key features like customer segmentation and message translation, and suffers from occasional service disruptions and technical limitations.
Extremely disappointed with Live Chat Team
Extremely disappointed with the finance team. They changed their policy and sent out a mass email 3 days before making changes. Charged me double the price for something we never used and did not sign up for. The finance team would not give me a credit. Billing department should consider getting a lesson in customer service. Moving on to your competitors and telling friends.

Livechat platform often has problems and often cannot provide services normally. This company should be close to bankruptcy. It has caused serious impact on our business. The stability of this company's platform products is the worst in their industry. I suggest you don't use this platform. Using their products will seriously affect your company's business.
Disappointing Decline Over Time
I’ve been using LiveChat since 2023. At first, it was great—despite being a bit pricey, it delivered solid performance and reliability. However, over the past two years, the app has gone downhill.
It’s become bloated with unnecessary features that only make it heavier and glitchier. Both the PC and Android versions frequently disconnect and log me out without warning. I’ve missed countless chats because of this. Every day, I had to manually check whether I was still signed in on both my phone and laptop.
Worse, customers started complaining that no one was responding to their messages, while I had no idea those chats even came in. The final straw was discovering that the LiveChat widget had disappeared from my WordPress site—on its own.
Once my annual subscription ends, I’ll be canceling it for good. Enough is enough.

Devs are not listening to feedback. Ignoring basically every single feature request. Their chat app is obsolete and stuck on features which were presented many years ago.
Wish our company finally selected other alternatives.
