Your website is awful. I tried to cancel my upcoming order and was unable to because of website issues. I was also unable to see my results from the last hair sample I sent in due to your website. I am thinking of cancelling my service.

Life changing
First, I want to say Honed customer service was excellent replacing my package after my hair test got lost in the mail. After using Honed supplements for only a month my digestion, sleep and mood has improved. I am so grateful that I found this company that provide personalized supplements and not just a multivitamin. Bio individuality is extremely important to me and that I was Honed provides!!!

We do currently have a 2-day shipping solution in place, that can be selected at checkout. However this does not account for processing and packaging times which can take up to 4 business days. If you need your supplements by a specific date, we encourage taking these timelines into account so you receive them in time. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

I’m in my second month of vitamins
I’m in my second month of vitamins. Just love it, think the packaging is brilliant and takes all the guess work out of what to take(alongside a proper diet of course). I just sent a sample in for my 85 yr old father and am looking forward to him getting some supplementation to improve his energy and wellness. Keep up the good work!

Payments or to change my order.
Twice. thought I had suspended the order and that turned out not to be true
Also because I have advanced PD, am limited to typing with 1finger of left hand, a lavorious and frustrating exercise.

got the test kit forward it back to them and now it ask to take questionnaire but i cant create acct. or log in. that was 2weeks ago and still no help or reply to emails other thanks for your feed back. cant call anyone and when you try the chat, it tell you it will take a few hour to get back with you , it have been 5day now still nothing!!!!
