After I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I spent years trying to figure out how to feel like myself again. Sure, the medication helped, but I never felt 100% -- struggling with “off days” where I was lethargic, unfocused, anxious or foggy-headed. healthwise I loved it and certainly appreciated being able to order in bulk, suiting my lifestyle and location - but didn't like all the packaging or the plastic bags, each with my full name on every one , going into garbage.... if we are multi ordering why not just one cardboard dispenser ? and no full name on those individual packs

Awesome program, great report, great on-going communication, great customer service (payment, shipping, reminders, etc..).
I do feel however that it is way too much gel to ingest. I find myself opening each capsule and adding the powder to apple sauce to ingest.
Less gel and more compact pills would make a big difference.
