I recently became a Lloyd's customer as a result of my Halifax banking being taken over by them. I decided to try Lloyds for insurance and found website and getting a quote a doddle !!
Price was about sme as Saga insurance but decided on Lloyd's as amount of cover slightly more and lgal fees included. I strongly reccomend persons needing insurance not to forgety getting a comparison quote from them.

airly easy to set up via the app. THOUGH.. doing the same thing asking for a credit card, and subsequently refused, does not fill me with confidence of using other app features.

I was a Customer for you few years back…
I was a Customer for you few years back but I stopped because of the payment increased lots and couldn’t continue. In September I received the quote from you and thought it is reasonable. When I tried to get my insurance I had to contact you few times. initial call go to claim department and they transfer to relavent department but it won’t go through . After few attempts manage to get the relavent department and transfer to the payment department. It was a long wait still couldn’t connect. After few attempt, officer said that he cannot do direct debit only one off payment. I did one off payment. After payment I talked to the officer and said how hard it was and asked him to raised this concern to the senior managers and he said he will . Few years back Lloyds insurance service was very professional and good service. Not any more. I kindly request to look into this matter and take the necessary action to improve this service. Thanks
