Don't waste your money ! …
I have had legal cover through Lloyds for years. I had an employment dispute and Lloyds put me on to , MBNA who handle the legal insurance. they appointed a useless solicitor, who took almost 3 months to reach a decision as to whether she was going to take my case, during this time, she ignored my emails and did not return my calls , it got to a few days from the deadline where I had to file to the tribunal, she basically told me I would have to do it myself! During this time, now over 3 months, I have had Zero legal advice, and MBNA do not want to know, they send be back to Arc legal, who then refer me back to MBNA. I sent a complaint out 11 days ago, they replied that they should get back to me in 5 days ! This cover is not worth having, I cannot believe Lloyds put the insurance through such an incompetent Company! I thought I was taking insurance out with Lloyds.

Fantastic pet insurance. When my dog needed dental surgery and multiple teeth removed, we were worried about the cost as many insurers don't cover this.
The claim was easy to submit, communication was clear throughout, and the money paid within a week of the operation.
It took away a lot of stress and allowed me to focus on my pet’s recovery.
